EuroPartners Refused to Pay Full Commission for October

I am really upset from this program! After all troubles we had with them in the past two months, now they made another mistake and did not process our full commission for October. According to my aff manager it was a mistake of their Finance team.

Moreover, the aff manager told us that we should wait one more month in order to receive the remaining balance generated in October!

Such and attitude is unacceptable and we want to receive the remaining commission as soon as possible.

Below is the last e-mail from Europartners:

''sorry to inform you that just now i have got an other email from the payteam, that has decided to postpone your payment to next month

as you can understand it is not up to me anymore this issue, i can't do anything and this is the procedure. They said that even when there are mistakes in payment they postpone it to the next month payments.

I stopped to work with them, they had blocked me 1200$ of comissions in august..

What bugs me about this is, would ANY affiliate manager, customer support staff, tech support staff, or the person who sweeps up the offices at night continue to show up for work if their employer (the casino group) decided not to give them their paycheck which they rightfully earned any given payday?

And yet casino groups continue to do this on a constant basis, and then they question us if we pull them or reduce their exposure.
