Europartners removes alot of stats options - Wou, how cool!

Were you also noticed that the players deposit amounts in the Europartners stats has been locked?

This way you would have to trust them blindly.

    Does anybody trust Europartners anyway?

Their stats don't work at all for me....

I keep getting the error the from and to is missing, and of course you can't add a from or a to.....and this should be un-necessary when choosing this month...

    Rick,

    I have that problem to.

Also removing players deposit amounts from THE stats is just not acceptble. There is only one affiliate program in THE world where you dont see players deposit amount and that EP.

    and this was there answer:

"We have followed the standard of other affiliate programs and the fields you have listed are not visible to affiliates anymore.
It has been implemented across the board for everyone."

For more than 2 and a half years they have been doing a pretty good job of alienating many of their affiliates here at the GPWA.

Why they chose this path instead of actually working with us and discussing solutions to the problems and issues presented to them is not logical as this has done more to get them pulled from sites (and kept new affiliates from signing up) then the alternative.

It seems like their new company philosophy is "Our way or the highway." I took the highway a couple of years ago and have not looked back.

Deposit stats are working well for me, but...

Screwed again? Whatever the reason? Because the dashboard display (earnings) is set to zero.

    Hi Billyboy and Defense,

We have looked into this and there seems to be a small technical error that we have started working on and should be fixed by tomorrow morning. I will post again tomorrow to update you.

having a technical error with important stats is a serious concern and contradicts another statement

"We have followed the standard of other affiliate programs and the fields you have listed are not visible to affiliates anymore.
It has been implemented across the board for everyone."

With my affiliate hat on, I sometimes wonder this as well. You don't need to look far to find a bad thread about Europartners, yet for some reason affiliates still promote them and stress out when it all goes wrong. Am I missing something here?

Maybe it's a bit like the paradoxical psychological disorder called the Stockholm Syndrome.

I've got to agree. Everytime I see a thread about them its usually something bad.

Is this a mistake or stats removed on purpose?

It's funny how people expose the bad sides of Europartners and accuse affiliates of being masochistic and experiencing Stockholm Syndrome yet HEEEEELLLLLLLOOOOOOO you are in the freaking PLATINUM SPONSOR SECTION of the GPWA!

Correct me if I am wrong, but someone allowed to be a Platinum Sponsor should be transparent and affiliate friendly right? And if they are not why are they here?

If I was a brand new affiliate I would think that if such a reputable place as the GPWA works with this company I will be able to work as well and will not be swindled. And sure if I find soon enough the given company is a crook, I will abandon ship... but what does that make its associates...

You stand corrected, a program does not need to be good and affiliate friendly, the program must pay 12K reasons a year and there you have it a brand new affiliate in the platinum section, with their rooms or gaming sites listed on online.casinocity.com. So all any idiot outthere needs to do business with us is cash, 50K to 350K for a white label casino plus 15K for exposure in GPWA, should you have a million in the bank to keep your head above the water and your a gaming entrepreneur, then you take advantage of the Platinum status and its the thing you say, newbies see it and they trust it its just that simple... this is oversimplified obvious but in very large stokes this is what happens many times. i started out receiving hundreds of dollars from EP for a little time and once my site\forum was around them and money should have poured in i just got f.c.ed, migrations and stats problems and shavings and who knows what was going on over there, main question remaining, how much was already lost by affiliates in closed accounts, missed stats and technical errors, this errors are there for good its been years now and things still seem to get bad with EP, i for one am disappointed i have to depend on them for payment in a program they are managing, but dumping them was a wise decision no doubt, the sheer hassle of emailing back and forth and the feeling your being dupped is just not worth it... i think its also clear that the good all days of 70000 of us having accounts with them is long over...
