    Tech, there's another thread out there saying that all microgaming casinos will no longer accept us players. So this could be because of that.

    But at this point i'd just like an email reply from them. (nothing for 4 days now)

    Yes, I know that. But they should have said something. I only just brought this up a little while ago on the Slotastic popup. I don't like not having the power over what my US traffic sees. I would rather nothing at all. We need to have the bounce back tool here so that we could select the US friendly casino of our choice with our affiliate links in it.
    I just keep wondering what tomorrow will bring.

    Techwoman! wow its been awhile I have seen you around. Thank you for the usefull info! I think I am gonna just sorta chill a few weeks and move while things get settled. I dont want to stress about this shit at all for right now. Hopefully just another "bump" on the road.

    Hi,

    Clickfun is a new product that is currently in testing phase for US customers. It's a free slots game where players can win placements on a leaderboard. We are currently testing this product by using the exit pop-ups that started this weekend, but rest assured that tracking is in place in the back-end and, once it goes live we will let you know.

    This is used exactly in the same manner as Slotastic was used in the beginning. Slotastic was used as the exit pop-up brand, however affiliates were also notified that they can market Slotastic as a stand-alone brand and not relying on the pop-ups only.
    If you are still not marketing Slotastic, please speak to your account manager for more information.

    For Slotastic
    A. traffic via exit pop-ups
    B. market as a stand-alone brand (use the assigned affiliate link to send traffic to Slotastic)

    Is the traffic count and tracking for A and B sources group together in one number ?
    Is the affiliate tracking link for B is the same as the tracking link for A ?

    Hi,

    There will be 2 scenarios:
    1) You do not have an account with Slotastic and drive visits to this casino via the exit pop-ups (e.g. from a Jackpot City banner). These stats will be displayed in your referback reports.

    2) You do have an account with Slotastic and you drive visits directly to this casino. These stats will be displayed in your Slotastic reports.

    So, if I understand correctly, the answer to both questions (if you use both scenarios) is: no - the traffic and tracking is not grouped together in one number (there will be a number in referback and a number in slotastic) and the tracking links are not the same (you will get a specific link for Slotastic and the re-direct from our brands happen automatically).

    Hope this makes sense.

    Cobus,
    I don't understand the benefit in sending our US traffic to a free slots site.
    To me it's a wast of traffic that I could be redirecting to one of the US friendly properties that actually convert for me.
    How long will it be until the Slotastic layer goes back up? I really would like to have had a heads up on that. I'm sure you know that there is currently plenty of tension going on in regards to US and Canadian affiliate traffic.

    Thank you Cobus. I too look forward to seeing how we benefit from our hapless USA traffic being directed to a funplay casino on facebook. I don't recall getting a notice on it but my mail is tempramental sometimes.

    Here’s the info as promised:

    Clickfun is a brand new product focusing on the USA and France (however no regions will be turned away if they purchased). Players will get daily tokens and will also have an opportunity to purchase tokens which will give them (amongst other things):

    · Increased winning options on spins
    · Access to new levels in games
    · Placement on the leader board

    As mentioned, this is still in testing phase and therefore is available as an exit pop-up on the casino brands. Rest assured that tracking is in place on these exit pop-ups.

    Clickfun will be available as a stand-alone product to be marketed by Referback affiliates as soon as we have all the collateral (creative, reports, etc.) available on the Referback website. Commission levels will be the same as the existing casino commission structure.
    Once the reports are available on the Referback website, all players that were referred by you via the exit pop-ups, will be available in the report.

    If you would like to know more about this product (or would like to start advertising it so long), please let your account manager know and he/she will send you a more complete document as well as banners.
