    Expect online consolidation in 2010

Buzzy reported late last year on a possible merger between online gambling giants PartyGaming and bwin. Rumors of a merger are still out there, and some experts say that if it were to happen, there could be a domino effect with other companies.

    From Reuters:

If a merger of Party and bwin were to materialize, it could cajole the likes of 888, Sportingbet and Playtech into tie-ups.

Traditional betting firms like Ladbrokes, William Hill and Paddy Power may also look to make acquisitions to boost their online presence.

I think if Bwin and Party partner up it is safe to assume that they will have a dominating role in the business... really dominating.

    I'd buy their shares...
