Expekt affiliates didnt pay me 2011 !!!

Hello, who can help me about this... I wrote now several Emails to the Affiliates team and they still not send me mail back. First they give my payment on hold, then suspend my account. They send me mail that i must send ID, and i send, but now they ignoring me. this is shame for 1 big site Expekt. Nobody give a s... about this. My players still playing, and you still earning money. What about me ?? Why i cant earn money that you promise me ????

when ever I have a problem I ring the bookmaker side of the firm and get the phone number for the affiliate department (if I dont have the number). A phone call is always best if you are struggling to contact them

My bank is in slovenia and I also did not get payment from dec 2011, they are responding to my emails every 5 days with explenation I should wait!!!

Expekt have been a little late the last couple of months regarding payment. They normally release the payment between 10-15 in the month, which means that if your account was suspended because of ID proof etc. before and now is unsuspended, your payment have maybe not been released yet, as Expekt have not made the payment run.

Wait a couple of days and see if the payment get released.. Last month we got our wire payment around the 20th of the month.

We have been affiliate of expekt in 8-9 years now, and not a single time did we not recieve payment from Expekt the month after there was revenue in our account.. Unfortunenately betclic group buyed Expekt, and things a looking a bit shady now. It like this group does not care about expekt, and they are slowly destroying a topclass sportsbook/pokerroom. Affiliate department is non exisiting now compared to some years ago
