I agree with the majority here (and have been saying so for many years) quotas are BAD for ALL affiliates.

I understand affiliate programs want affiliates to continue to at least TRY and send traffic, but the programs and properties need to pay a fair commission for revenue earned and they need to pay for ALL players sent period, no quota.

Personally, I will usually never ever join another program that has a quota that needs to be met in order to earn a dime. If I send a player I want paid, take whatever steps needs to make sure it is not fraudulent traffic/friends/family etc, but pay me on ALL valid players.

same here - account closed after 10 years - not too bothered though as reducing fast the number of aff sites i promote.

one thing i have noticed, and anybody else who lives in England, and watches sports programmes, will have noticed - betvictor used to drive you mad with their tv adverts shown over and over again during every break - but,not seen any betvictor ads for months.

so,maybe they are not doing so well, and cutting costs everywhere including affiliates.

This company is going downhill fast. Dump them while you can.

If they cant afford to keep their affiliates thats one company I wouldnt want to promote and more importantly gamble with!

I also want to start ppc advertising to get more data so if bet victors not working on the emails for me they're only going to be small account for me at least in the near future.

Like I said in my original post it's no biggy. If it doesn't work I can concentrate more on other brands, so I win either way (y)

Right, I'm logging off now. I'm aware that some people disagree with me or my actions, but I'm going to give them another chance since they gave me one, and try and keep the account. I feel I have explained myself now and any more would just be repeating points I have already made.
I think you're making a mistake mate, they dropped my account while I was still sending new accounts and had active players. As far as I can see they are just chopping as and when they feel like it. I would never deal with a company like this again.

Think about the way they just shut your account, no notice, no warning emails saying this might be coming or that they were wanting 'more' from you or anything. Just account closed. then think how hard it was to get positive communication and get it sorted out. Is this really the basis of a healthy working relationship? I think not.

This is not slave and master, this is a partnership - BetVictor don't even know the meaning of the word.

Interesting that they would close your account if in fact you were sending profitable players, obviously they just don't get the point that you certainly have lost incentive to send any more....

Bet Victor seem to like to close punters accounts quickly, cant see this affiliate programme being beneficial?

With everything betvictor are NOT doing it is hard to justify working with them. Low revshare, low sub-affiliate commission, negative carryover, minimum NDP per month, closing accounts. It is better to spend the effort and work for programs that really want to partner and work together for mutual benefits. Certainly one less brand to worry about. Will be putting the effort to other rewarding brands.
