    Hi,

Is this on a specific page? I have gone to the Referback site (without logging in) and clicked on "Products" and then "Casino" - when I selected King Neptunes I get the correct URL (see attached).

The website was down for a few hours on Tuesday, but you would have received a "Work in progress" message. Other than that there should be no issues with logging in.

Please can you email me directly with the error message you get when trying to log in?

    Thanks

I do not get an error message when I can not logon just the affiliate ID is in italic when you type it in and if there are no errors it is in bold type.

you must click on the king neptunes image on the main site below our market leading brands.

    Hi,

Thanks for spotting this! It was purely an oversight as it should go to www.kingneptunescasino.com. The developer is fixing this right now.

When logging in, you will need to click in the space where it says "affiliate id" in italic. The "affiliate id" will be disappear and be replaced by the numbers you type in. I will ask the developers if they can maybe make this area more user-friendly.

    Thanks
