Well, this text in big fat fonts at the top of their page (on my sites) should prevent anyone sensible risking their funds. Call it a (very brief) pre-blacklist period:

"IMPORTANT NOTICE: This online casino is currently under review for potential blacklisting and adding to our rogue casinos page. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

For now, we advise you opt to deposit and play at an alternative trusted, reputable casino. See the SIGN-UP BONUSES link in our left-side navigation for links to safe online casinos. Either this warning will be removed or the casino will be converted to FULL BLACKLIST status shortly."

    Guys, thanks everybody for info.

I skyped with Elliott yesterday about 20-30 min.
Elliott acknowledged they had issues with third party processor.

However the players are safe and paid. I agreed to wait until the end of the next month to see what will happen.
Elliott expects that smth will be paid during next couple months.
My emails were in spam box. Asked Elliott to fix contact form.

Elliott told they were online since ancient time and everybody would be paid. The debt towards affiliate not too big - about 100K or similar.
Btw, I was paid during past year (201 several times.

Hope these are temporarily issues as every business has sometimes.

Did you ask if HE is being paid his salary still?

ps. 'being around' for a long time guarantees nothing. So was the Roman Empire.

It's what you're doing now that matters. And people are owed money.

Still rogue time until everything is settled up and then a required lengthy period of non-repetiton of this fiasco before being de-blacklisted.

Others who had/have "processor" issues, change the processor. It really is that simple. They don't let a mess like this escalate for 2 years!

Seems the only people affected by this issue are affiliates. They brought in players (who are still able to deposit), in turn, this money cover operational costs, pays staff wages etc., etc., etc. Yet affiliates are begging to be paid

You're just the messenger of course (thanks for that), but what a load of BS from this affiliate manager.

Because of problems with a third party processor affiliates aren't paid for a year and they remain in silence? During "the next couple of month" they will pay "something"... Vague, vague, vague.

And if debts are not too big, why not just pay it?

This business seems to be in serious trouble.

I've seen a lot of online casinos come and go over the years. I've been stiffed by many of these operators, but if there is one operator that I continue to trust it's Focal Click. They are not always perfect, and I have also experienced issues with payments in the past, the difference with Focal Click is I believe they are always trying to do the right thing. They will pay as soon as they are able to do so.
