I have tried to order one, I have followed the link but then it does not seem to work. I have entered my username and password, but it did not recognise my details. I have also tried to file the booking form, but when I clicked on checkout, I get the same page with "please confirm your information below"??? Any idea why? Thanks

Try leaving the "please confirm your information below" checkbox unchecked, and click Continue button.

I was checking that box and clicking Continue for many times, and the page just refreshed. Almost abandoned the purchase process there, but then tried not checking that box and got forward.

Ordered mine yesterday and stalking the postman daily now! Thanks GPWA!

Oh and on the ordering issue... The username and PW on the 1st screen is not your GPWA details, it is if you are returning once it creates yourdetails. I did leave the box checked and proceeded on, I simply placed my GPWA username in the notes block.

Now where is that postman???

Just ordered. Had tried on the very first day, but the order procedure did not work. Now I am really looking forward to have this directory in my hand. Congrats to CasinoCity for this effort.
