I have to add my bit here because I have been one of the "trials" for Castle Affiliates.

I was already a stats remote customer so didn't need to open a new account, but I simply just send a payment request to Castle Affiliates via paypal each month and it is generally paid within hours...in fact one month it was paid within 30 seconds but it just so happens that Dave happened to be on paypal at the same time when my payment request came through I remember thinking to myself "Wow! I wish all affiliate programs were like this with their payments LOL "

So basically I still pay my own subscription but then claim it back via a paypal request.
I think if you are a new stats remote customer ( i.e you open an account through this offer ) then you can set the billing address as Castle - but this I guess you would need to discuss with Dave.

Bottom line is that I can vouch for this offer as it works well for me. I was also quite happy to give them some home page exposure in return as I quite fancy the Live dealer games at Castle Casino so it was something refreshing to offer to my players.

Gee whizz - you guys are going to think I work for Castle at this rate ...but I just believe in giving credit where credit is due, and in this case I think it is a good offer

We do have some fairly frequent Norwegian players, although Castle isn't available in Norwegian just yet. We're working on a major international roll out at the moment which will include a Norwegian version, I've made a note to contact you as soon as this is ready!

Interesting offer. I´ve never used Stats Remote but I am aware that this probably confirms I am a massive fuckwit because the rest of the casino affiliate world seem to use the program.

Is there any specific criteria that qualifies for this deal? I´m assuming a 1x1 pixel at the bottom of the homepage wouldn´t quality. Is there a fixed agreement in place in terms of minimum coverage during the year?

I think its a must have for someone working with 10+ affiliate programs, one click on the desktop and it shows all your earnings. I know it doesn't seem like much, but the first half an hour each morning can be wasted each morning logging into every account ... 2 1/2 hours per week... 10 hours per month etc.

There is no real specific criteria, it's all down to my judgement on whether it provides us enough exposure to get some players, although I'm not being hard on it. At the moment we're planning to go on 3 month rolling periods, if it is proving a good partnership financially for the both of us after that then we'll go on for another 3 months. Simple and easy for the both of us.

I can also answer the question about how handy it is because it is one of the programs I can not do without and I have been using it for probably close to 2 years now.

In the past I had to login to each affiliate program seperately and it probably took a good hour or so each day as I am signed up with many programs.
Now I pull stats remote in the morning and I can see at a glance if there has been any movement in terms of earnings and new depositors ( It has loads of different fields but I tend to just concentrate on those 2 ) If I see a new depositor or some decent movement - then I login to the actual program to check the profile code to tell which site the player came from etc.

What I also like is that on a few occassions I have caught out a few of the unscrupulous operators - those that remove players and I don't care what anyone says - it does happen!! As soon as a player deposits money it shows up immediately on the stats remote software, and if a few days down the line I suddenly see the player has disappeared - I can immediately query it with the casino.

Regardless of what you intend to use it for - the main thing is that it is a hell of a time saver and for someone like me with many sites and many programs - it is invaluable !

1. When setting a payment method, we are advised that extra processing fees will apply to bank transfers. How much would apply for a transfer to a UK bank account? What about European bank accounts?

2. The castleaffiliates.com site states "CastleCasino.com was started by a casino affiliate, so rest assured we know how to treat players!" - are you able to say who this is? Is it someone known from GPWA?

Bank transfers come from the UK, so they are free.

Transfers to European countries depend on the amount which is being sent, but rest assured we will always contact you to discuss it first. For example, if we are sending a £100 payment we will generally halve the fees (average around £14) which are incurred otherwise it ends up unprofitable for us with all other costs considered, although if it is £1000 then we'll of course cover them.

As I mentioned before, we will always contact you beforehand to discuss. Getting payments to our partners quickly and cheaply is our #1 priority at the start of every month.

I'll get that text changed, it is slightly confusing. There are 4 founding company directors, one of them being myself. I used to and still do operate a small 3 man casino affiliate business with around 15 sites, although I don't get stuck in as much as I used to or like to.

I was actually a lurker of the forums before Castle ever began under a different username, although not sure if I ever posted.
