G Casino Affiliates not paying / answering mails

I've been promoting G Casino for some time now but they didn't pay me since 3 month.
At all they owe me around 10.000 Euros. I wrote my first mail to them around ten weeks ago and afterwards send another few mails, both through their affiliate interface, their official mail and directly to Rank Interactive.

None of these mails has ever been answered.
I wonder if someone's facing the same problem with them?

You're right, it's just around 8200 Euro + around 500 Euro for this month.
Furthermore I have to correct myself: First mail was written at the beginning of this month I guess.

Having now identified your account (thank you for contacting me directly) I can confirm that the amount owed to you is around 5.5k Euro as the October payment was made several days ago. I will ensure that the remaining 4.7k GBP is paid to you without delay. Please accept my apologies for the over site and know this will not happen again.

You will be glad to hear that I have spent my first 8 weeks at Rank interactive reviewing/improving and implementing a new end of month payment process to ensure that errors of this nature cannot and will not happen in the future.

As well as this I have improved our customer journey and am now working on better offers and more engaging creatives, all to ensure that our program delivers the best possible results to you our affiliate.

I would also like to add we appreciate the hard work and effort you have put in to promoting our brands and hope this experience has not put you off continuing to promote us in the future.

Wow! When I first saw this thread I thought: Man, you are probably doomed and will get nothing. But now I see that there are some Casinos who care about there affiliates.

I'll update ya once payments arrived.
Since you only have 2 posts I guess you're new, maybe to the industry in general: If you're waiting too long for payments or dont get any response, simply open a thread at Casinomeister, GPWA etc. and normally problems will be solved within a matter of hours.

Are Blue Square, Mecca, and Grosvenor Casino (the online version) about to go out of business or something?

Emailed Blue Square a few months ago about an issue. Got a reply. Last week got locked out. User and Pword not changed. Asked for a new one using 'forgot password' just in case it was me. Says that facility can only be used with 'active accounts'

Emailed to find out what was going on. Only contact on the BSq website was kerrie.bonds@rankinteractive.com. Still waiting. She's probably busy clearing her desk.

Probably been binned by them but not waiting around anymore. Pulled them off as well as Grosvenor and Mecca.

Notice Ladbrokes are cutting ties with a number of affiliates for 'not bringing new players'. Don't do them either now.

Always believed saying 'you can take a horse to water etc' so if they are ditching because a visitor an aff sends doesn't sign up with them then they ain't worth promoting. Affiliates are not employees sitting on the butts doing sweet f--k all.

If players are not signing up its because the likes of Ladbrokes and now possibly B Sq etc don't offer what they are looking for. Just think they are cutting their cloth without common decency. So to them - You're welcome for all the hours spend on you behalf.

Anway - vented the spleen and think there are now definite issues as a lot of programs seem to be taking longer to pay.

My emails have received the same treatment over the last week. I've just PMed Greg and i know he was on the board yesterday, so if you PMed him before yesterday it's likely that he seen your PM. Personally i think jumping to negative conclusions at this stage is a little premature. From what i can pick out, there seems to be some reshuffling going on behind the scenes at G Casino so i'd think it'd be likely that after that settles all of this will be resolved. But what do i know?

Absolutely agree, but unfortunately that's far from standard practice within the industry.
