Is GA Partners still paying? Communicating?

Wondering if GA partners is still paying or if they answer emails. Been almost two years since a post in this area.

I have built up a nice payment due and have not been paid for a year. Even though they are not on my sites anymore, someone found an old link in my forum and played heavily last month adding to what is due.

Sent an email and has not been answered. So wondering what the deal with GA is.
