    GAU Issues Wagerprofits Warning

The Gambling Affiliates Union has issued a warning today regarding Wagerprofits and their payment issues. A number of affiliates have been complaining about slow payments from Wagerprofits and since the problem appears to be ongoing, we feel a warning is warranted.

I have the same problem I did not receive a commission for September, October, November and December. They say that soon, but the money still no!

Good work Terry. I am pulling PNR off my site as the situation is getting worse. I have PNR listed on the blacklist page as a warning but will be downgrading them to blacklist once I have removed them. Better still, instead of removing them I think I'll leave the page up with the blacklist notice at the top and links disabled. I rank too high to lose the chance to warn possible players. I'll drop a link your way from the page as well.

Revenue from them in the toilet anyway. What a shame it came to this. Used to be a 1/2 decent program.

P.S. With EWX gone, there are no payment methods for US affiliates.

At me the same problems, too hasn't received payment already couple of months. Initially this office paid with delays. But now it any more delays, and the present swindle. I advise to all webmasters to unite and take measures. As this office works further and earns money, but doesn't pay. Swindlers should be punished at once, and that too much they have divorced. Where official the representative of the company why it doesn't react? How to advertize itself so all the first, and how to answer that not to whom!

Is this one of the pioneers with the non- ending lists of payment providers that is now having problems with regards to their site? I have heard more and more of this recently.

They have been having "Issues" for a year now. I recall chasing payment last year for January commissions. So it is not a processor issue... it is more an income issue.

Yes, it is an income issue and they do not make a secret out of it. Last payment received in October with 6 months unpaid so far. Spoke to another Austrian affiliate (rakeback) lately and the exact same thing and excused for him too. He also got paid sth in October and late payments started in July 10

With Shaun's help who gave me the e-mail address of one of the CEOs there, I have managed to get through to one Ben Johansen who immediately responded and promised to have all missing payments made withing a few weeks. Let's all hope and assume that this promise will be kept

    Thanks @ Shaun

Good to know that GAU is actively responding with this issue. As with Wagerprofits who do not want to end up loosing their customers. Bad thing to know that most of them are having problem with regards to payments issue.

Chips Income Access never made payments they are always dealt with by Wager Profits and for sure it is not a processor issue.

It is a shame that Wager Profits has got to this point. I haven't promoted them for a long time as I was forever having broken link issues, but I do remember in the early days that they were one of the better affiliate programs I signed up with, and they were excellent then.

    Wagerprofits agrees to settle

Just want to inform everyone who hasn't heard. Wagerprofits is offering 60% settlement for all commission they own. It is a rip off but then again I am not sure if there is another way to ever get paid.

    This is the original text:
    __________________________________________________ ____________
    Dear XXX XXX,

ECOM Enterprise NV sold the ActionPoker Network (APN) to Julian International Holdings Ltd. in December 2011.
The Wager Profits affiliate program was part of the sale of brands to the new owners, and the new network will shortly become The ChicoPoker Network.
Ecom Enterprise NV, the former owners of APN, has terminated its presence in the online gaming environment. They would, however, offer to settle your outstanding historic affiliate commission and are hereby making an offer to pay you a full and final settlement to the amount of 60% to the $, of all your outstanding payments for 2011.
Please find attached the reconciliation for your affiliate account for 2011.

Due to an incomplete integration with Income Access, manual bonuses, tournament rake and chargeback’s are not automatically adjusted from your affiliate earnings and this has, as you can see in the attachment, been deducted manually.

    Settlement payment 2011: $XXXX,XX

The ChicoPoker Network will continue and improve the affiliate program under a new banner going forward, and they will contact you shortly with regards to your 2012 commission.

If you have any queries, please contact support@wagerprofits.com

    Best regards
    John Lundberg
