Default German iGaming (Casino) market worth it?

    Heya!

We´ve worked with SEO-sites that focus on Nordic GEO´s and casino traffic and we´ve heard that the German market is quite good? Is this true and are there any one here that is currently working on German markets?

Any " do and dont´s" on the market and possible nicely working brands that do well generally with traffic from Germany? Is it hard to find great content writers and decent links?

Thanks , all experiences and advice are welcome

Probably one of the best markets you can jump in.
    Educated players.
Great values but a lot of bonus hunters and €5 depositers too. Depends on your verticals and targeted keys.
The common Scandi brands like Casumo, MrGreen, Leovegas working well in DE too.
Hard to find good writers and link sources. Both can be quite expensive.
    Strong competition.

Even more i think but i'm not the sports betting guy. Just check Ahrefs for keys like:
    sportwetten
    sportwetten vergleich
    fussball wetten
    sportwetten tipps
    sportwetten bonus

    and sites like:
    wettbasis.com
    wettfreunde.net
    sportwetten24.com

There is easier money to earn.

Generally, the German serps are super "content heavy". Articles with 4-6k words are pretty common and nothing unusual.
If you want to hire a skilled German native writer, you can calculate 7-10 Euro-cents per word easily.

    Pros:
Very good market in terms of volume and the value.
Competition is not as hard as scandi markets (IMO)

    Cons:
    - Everything is bit up in the air at the moment, there's talks about regulation. This might cause the market to shutdown temporarily, as the big scandi operators will pull out from the market before the licensing.

I prefer to work with offshore operators so I am not really that concerned about the regulatory process. I just thought it was a saturated market because it has been around for so long.

Good luck with to pull a serious German player into an unregulated, unlicensed casino.
Germans usually are super correct and looking close on licenses, regulations, and seriousness.
And they are spoiled by top casinos with thousands of games, bonuses, and rewards.

But anyway, if someone is not close to the market and understand the clients, speaks the language on a native level it will be always hard to succeed.
I'm constantly stumbling over websites that have probably translated their English content on Fiverr or let it be written there, probably from a Nigerian who spent 2 weeks in Germany on vacation and now claims to speak German. Often very funny to read.

    Hi all,

Of course, German market is profitable, one of the best European markets. Player lifetime value is high, that's why many well known brands are working in DE.
