I got the card yesterday, exactly 21 days after the mail notification. But I have not been able to withdraw money from Neteller for the GlobeWallet account even after proper activation. After a live chat I sent an email to Neteller and am waiting for response. Their email service is useless, the chat service is quite helpful.

Finally it arrived today...

Not that I get a lot of Neteller payments these days, though, it's still good to have. At least now I can pull the cash and not have it sit there as a temptation...

I tested it out it works fine at the ATM

I've also used it online for MC purchases. However it seems some places accept it while other decline it ???

For instance I purchased another hosting account from a host here in Australia and it was fine. I paid this months server bill and that was fine too.

However I tried to sign-up for a apple music account and it was declined stating the card did not reflect the country I resided in. Meaning that the card #'s did not match the country code for the numbers.

The other thing that is a pain...

Is it takes 1 business day to load the card with cash and you can only load it with $1,000US per 24 hours.

I dropped a funds Friday night (after a phone call it was credited ASAP), on Saturday night added further funds but I have to wait till Monday night - Tuesday before it's credited.

That really sucks

Especially given I was told in a mailer from Neteller that the card is credited instantly.

I wish Neteller would simply tell the truth, not cloud the fact(s) with BS.

I am in Aus and I got the card last week too.

I haven't loaded any money on to it yet, I am still a bit confused about it.

Thanks to Aussie Daves post above, I now know I can use it online like a regular credit card etc.

RE daves post about the country not matching the numbers, my card (issued as globewallet MC) starts with 5176.

I looked up the country for that code, and its:

China Minsheng Banking Corporation (MasterCard)

Anyone concerned or should I go ahead and move thousands of $$$ on to it and start my Christmas shopping online spending spree?

Probably why my card is being knocked back at a few places online

The only other concern I have with the NT card is that it wont allow you to load up more than $1K US.

Which makes it a real pain...

Especially given that...I loaded $1k on to it, I had to wait almost 24 hours to have it credited to the card.

I then tried to add a further $1K (24 hours later) but was informed I had to wait a further 24 hours before I could load it again.

Which equates to a 48 hour wait time. Not to mention that card loading only takes places M-F and only on business days.

Not Good Neteller!

To me their new card sucks.

Least with my Payspark Card my limit is $3,000US a day from an ATM. Fortunately all my aff payments are all from MG casinos.

If I need to make online purchases I simply load my St George Bank Debit Visa Card (got that just for Internet purchases) and I'm cooking. I also don't have to stress if payment will be accept via this method or not.

I received my Prepaid card from neteller a month before...

1. Neteller says that the money tranfer in the card from your neteller account needs some minutes...i try it with a small amount...and 3 days pasted till i see the money in my card (do you remember the old neteller card? sometimes i transfer money from my laptop in frond of an ATM and in minutes i cash out)

2. I try to buy something online for small amounts...in two online shops they reject the card in two others the cretid was ok

3. I try to take some cash from varius banks ATMs here in Athens greece...iNOTHING! The message was that there is not enough money in your account.

4. When i check online my card account i see that a Atm transasion was there that i never did... i see in my account that i take money from an ATM but i never did. I send them an email about this issue...they answer that they had a system problem those days and that within 24 hours they are going to recredit my account with the amount. They do nothing at all. I send them three emails from then and i only take one answer email that the support department working on this issue....25 days they have past and nothing yet...

5. You cant use the card for online casino deposits as its from an USA company (i try it..at least to make the balance zero)

6. As you understand i am not going to use it again...maybe i was unlucky in this...maybe it was the first days of the new card...i dont know...

i had the same problem but since i use only International banks ATMs its works fine. Bank like Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Dresdner Bank, Sparkkasse.

I got the GlobeWallet card in Italy, 3 month ago, and it works very well, I think better than the previous card ..even more quickly
