Default Golden Palace Spammer

This is a nearly daily spammer, Golden Palace is the current offer, the site is a really great source of spam and this is also on every site they are promoting: "A new electronic publication from C a s i n o-World. Announcement Letters." I have attempted to unregister but like any great spammer they do not repect the wishes of those they "pester"

What you gon' do with all that spam? All that spam inside your inbox?
I'ma get, get, get, get, you spammed, my spam.

My spam, my spam, my spam, my spam, my spam,
My spam, my spam, my spam, my lovely little spam (Check it out)

I know they drive you crazy but we are just too lazy you get almost daily.

They treat very unfairly ……

Well you get the drift. No point in bringing these issues forward because they fall on deaf ears. Besides who is willing to take proactive measures ah….. that would be no one?

To bad actually there are too many I and not enough we. So I would suggest let it be because this will not happen any time soon.

But in case you change your mind tackle the sales of private data bases.

Well Chips what do ya think? In my opinion these are coming from Golden Palace. If you had it your way what would you do? Take the moral approach send it over to the watch dogs agencies hopefully get them banned.

Or take the "eye for an eye approach" I send the file over Choas, COW, new order and have them pipe screw it.

What I mean is finding their gateway replicating the email by roughly 1 million and returning them to sender. After all these emails belong to them.

Well, I took the time to report this to Golden Palace (casino Blasters aff. program) as this is the spam-o-rama policy direct from them, see if anything changes (yeah right). But at least a start...

Quote:

ANTI-SPAM POLICY

CasinoBlasters.com and our clients DO NOT CONDONE SPAM.

The CasinoBlasters.com Spam Policy is as follows:

Anyone identified as having participated in the transmission of any form of Spam will have their account placed under review and all funds due to such individuals will be withheld. Based on the results of further investigation, we reserve the right to disqualify such persons from any ongoing participation in the CasinoBlasters program. Any expenses incurred by our client as a direct result of a violation of this policy, including legal costs, will be drawn against any account balance owing at the time of the offence. If there is a deficiency, we will withhold the payments that were to be made until such a time as the expenses have been fully recovered.

Please report any incidences of Spam by contacting us at spamreport@casinoblasters.com.

Should you require more information regarding our Spam Policy, please contact spamreport@casinoblasters.com.

We have compiled a list of E-mail Marketing Guidelines for legitimate e-mail marketers.

I certainly applaud your efforts and agree this is the first line of defence. Comparatively speaking I receive very little spam maybe if I am lucky one per day on ten different email accounts.

As this situation sits right now unless Casino Blasters initiates proactive measures they are Libel for taking no action. An accessory to a crime which Casino Blasters were well aware of before hand. To make matters worse Casino Blasters have profited from this criminal activity.

They profit and you lose. Doesn’t really sound fair to me!
