First of all I want to ask you not calling me a liar. This is very impolite and I never did!
I changed the closing rule last month to make sure your account would not be closed while investigating the payment situation. Since this is all solved (problem was not ours, but at your side), the “90 day closing rule” as stated in our T&Cīs will be effective. You described you stopped promoting us due to non-payment of invoices, but again: this was because of a problem at your side with your bank account. You also had the possibility to try other payment options as well. Therefor it has been decided the T&Cīs will be effective.
I want to stress the fact bwin has already mailed you on May 10th warning you about the possible closure as not performing. Furthermore I also stress the fact you agreed on our T&Cīs and thus are aware of our conditions. Affiliates can always invoice the last commission as described in the mail. In your case till end of July you can invoice June.
