Not anymore - she's mine again, and now worth $986. But I let you keep Ziggy for the moment - He he he. This really is a game of strategy. Look at my bank roll and yours and decide if you want to engage in a bidding war. Or maybe I'll let you keep her after a few more transactions, using the accumulated profit I retain as a result to increase my bankroll for other strategic acquisitions!

hm, okey, thanks for Ziggy I know that you will win, $41,000 against $1800... But I'll try to make Gamtrack's price higher as possible.

ROTFLMAO Thanks Michael and aksana! You guys rock!

I bought some pets yesterday with the little money I had, but today I see that Michael has taken some of my BEST pets!!!!

Time for me to plan a strategy as I see a hostile take over in someone's future. hehe

I have bought and sold so many pets today that the "Friends for Sale!" application is telling me I need to take a break:

Sorry, you have run out of requests to send with this application. Please try again tomorrow.

People keep buying me... and Michael buy me back seemingly a few minutes later! I must admit it's a pretty addictive app. My value is finally moving up!

The e-mail address verification e-mail messages are generally sent out very quickly in my experience. If you did not receive it within a few minutes then I would recommend trying to login again, or if you can't do that, just establish another account. They are not structured to provide customer service to users trying to sign up - my understanding is they don't have the resources to do that.

Our "acquisition" of Bodog might be just for fun, but the applications we are developing on facebook will change the way you think of affiliate marketing. We'll be making the first in a series of major announcements at CAC Amsterdam. I hope to see you there!

Stop taking my pets!! I can appreciate the "hidden marketing" opportunities with the facebook apps, you have to love the joy of viral marketing at it's best! Looking forward to your new device on FB

Calvin actually got quite a kick out of our "announcement" about the acquisition of Bodog in this thread - I know from some private behind-the-scenes communications that his immediate reaction was that he thought it was hillarious and that he planned to put an entry about it in his blog.

Well, the blog entry is now up, and I think it is important to note that Calvin shares my view about social networking (Bodog is busy working on facebook applications just like we are).

Just follow the link to take a look at Calvin's blog entry about the acquisition.
