Smile GPWA vs. PAW Freeroll Tournament April 15th

I'm pleased to announce that on Sunday April 15th at 8:00 EST we will be holding a GPWA versus PAW FREEROLL Affiliate Poker Tournament at Absolute Poker.

We have partnered with our buddies over at PAW (Poker Affiliate World) to bring you a friendly head to head competition to see which community has the best poker players. What PAW doesn’t know is that some of the best players live in the GPWA community. This is a great way to unite as a community and bring home the first PAW vs. GPWA Affiliate Tournament championship.

Here are the details:

Date: Sunday April 15th 8:00 EST

Game: No Limit Texas Hold Em - FREEROLL

Where: AbsolutePoker.com (Official Sponsor)

Prize: Community Bragging Rights, (4) $50 Bounties, 1st place - $150K Seat to Sunday Tourney & Absolute Poker Gear Package including a chip set, cards, hat, and t-shirt.

Top GPWA Team Player: Your website will be featured on the GPWA home page for a month.

This tournament will also be a great opportunity to network and meet fellow affiliates from both GPWA and PAW online.

In order to be eligible to play in this event as a member of the GPWA team you need to post your AbsolutePoker player name in this thread no later than Thursday April 12th 10:00 P.M. EST. We will then submit all the names to Absolute Poker to be automatically entered into this prestigious event.

Poker Affiliate World (www.PokerAffiliateWorld.com) and the Gambling Portal Webmasters Association have some of the most talented gaming affiliates in the world. By uniting and working together will only help to strengthen our bonds as affiliates working together as one big community. It's time we all get to know each other. I encourage all of you to become members at PAW. Likewise, we at the GPWA invite all of the members of PAW to join our community.

PAW feels they have the best of the best because they are a poker forum. Lets show them why they shouldn’t underestimate the GPWA!

See you there!

Michael

I'm in! I don't have an Absolute Poker account yet so can't post my nickname, but as soon as I register I'll edit this post to note the name.

Ok, I've got an account now -- my AP username is "CityGuard" -- surprise!

Hi,
I have been just observing this forum for quite some time. When I saw this thread, I said to myself "Self, it's time to join this forum!"
I am an avid poker player and look forward to playing for team GPWA.

OK, we'll feature the portal site of the top GPWA player on the home page of the GPWA site for a month. Sure you don't want to reconsider which side you will play on?

My Absolute Poker ID: MrYook

I'm not 100% sure that I'll be able to participate in the tournament. I'm
moving on the 12th and I'm not sure if I'll have any internet connection
by the 15th. If I have an Internet connection, I'll be there for the GPWA.
