Grand Duke: high risk to player funds

Platinum sponsor = top notch group, right?

    I hope not.

The Grand Duke bonus policy page, linked from the promo page:

    http://www.grandduke.com/content/bonus-policy

That page contains a link to the general T & C page:

    http://www.grandduke.com/terms-and-conditions

Presumably there are no bonus terms on this page, as they would naturally be listed on the bonus policy page?

Yes, there are. And you need to open up an additional tab to find them, the "bonuses, comps & promotions" tab, which is located three quarters of the way down the page. We're now two additional clicks away from the bonus policy page (you still with me?). And what do we find?

    This is considered "irregular play":

Examples of irregular playing patterns include wagering based on one specific slot machine, in order to significantly increase a bankroll, in relevance to the initial betting amount, and then switching to another game or request a withdrawal.
Right, so I can't play one slot, then switch to another. Must stick to one. Got that. Great entertainment, eh?

Er, hang on. One inch further down is this:

In order to be eligible for withdrawal, you must have winnings from multiple games, in which winnings from any single game cannot exceed 50% of the total amount of the withdrawal request.

Right, now you have to switch games. Didn't they just say that was illegal?

It's impossible to not contravene these terms. Either you play one game, or you play more than one. Each condition contravenes the other, and is grounds for robbery of your winnings. And then, of course, the requirement that you "control" your winnings on a given slot to no more than 50% of your total win is idiocy. What if you hit a jackpot? what if you hit a small win on one, switch, and lose? You have to somehow engineer "equal" winning amounts, which is a rank asinine requirement.

    Player already robbed here:

Platinum sponsor = relationship = can help?

This is what a customer rep said in response to an enquiry about how to play "legally":

This is Dexter from the Grand Duke Casino Support Team.

Playing the same slot machine to increase your funds then switching to another
game or request a withdrawal will violate the terms and conditions.

It is better to play in several games in order to earn your winnings rather
    focusing on single game.
So you can't switch to another game, but if you do stick to just one, they won't pay.

This is a Platinum programme. I'd like to point this out:

Sponsor Companies will credit the accounts of players with bonuses and winnings in accordance with published rules and procedures and will promptly pay players any balance in their account upon their request.
Seems to me that "Integra" (oh, the irony) are in violation of this.

I've been in the casino aff game since 2001 and I can't remember a more dodgy entrance into the market than what we've had with Integra. It's like they're trying really hard to do everything they can to make online casinos look bad.

A paid GPWA listing does not reflect quality of an affiliate program nor will it resemble a company with business ethics nor a casino having high standards how to treat players, it mainly offers a sales pitch for the company to recruit affiliates.

To get this thread back on track of the issue presented, I totally agree with Caruso that this seems more than just dodgy.....

....and if this really is their policy (it appears it is since a player was told this as presented at Meisters) then I would think they are in breach of the terms here at the GPWA.

I don't think they give a rats ass. It's been months since anyone from Intpar has posted in these threads.

Both their casino and affiliate program have received several complaints in the short time they have been open. They were rogued, removed, and rogued again at CM.

It's pretty clear they don't care about players or affiliates, they would post here if they cared, so why are they still platinum sponsors after everything that has happened????

Considering Integra got an appreciative plug at the top of the APCW Christmas video, you'd think they'd be jumping through hoops for the GPWA et al.

Nobody else, obviously. Apparently players can go swing. And maybe a few affiliates.

Cīmon, Alex - they've been a disaster, blatantly ripping off players and making fake posts in forums. There's bugger all "good things" they could do that would even start to make up for their dishonesty. Really, anyone with this brand on their site are telling their visitors straight - integrity doesn't mean a thing to them.

We started promoting Grand Duke in August. We took down their banners in November. We have earned over $3000, and have had one small payment of $260.

I have heard the owner was sick and hospitalized for awhile but is out now. I have heard that he is dead. No idea which is true. I would expect a "platinum" sponsor to pay their affiliates. If GPWA can help at all with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

The fact that this crap can happen without a peep from Corfmann or anyone in GPWA tells me that sponsorship is useless here. It takes money, not integrity, to achieve sponsorship here. I used to use this and CAP as a measure of whether I should advertise someone. Apparently this is not how things are done anymore. I look at the threads in this section and it makes me sick to my stomach. Alex? Seriously, putting yourself out there for these aholes? They owe me less than a grand so I am not going to cry but if they owed me 3k I might eat their children.
