    Default Harassment from GorillaPartner

    Hello,

    One of your affiliate manager, Eric Gauthier (whatever his real name is) has been harassing us for months, even though we told him numerous times we're not interested in working with Gorilla Casino, as it's connected to some other brands that we consider rogue.

    I wanted to post here to warn you that if the harassment continues, we'll take legal action. It's funny because this guy thinks it's okay to judge the way we work and talk to us in an unprofessional manner. Hey Eric, we don't know you, so keep your comments to yourself and go bother other people.

    Phil,

    You do not need to add post like that on the GPWA, you are telling that Gorillacasino is powered by Viral technology on your forum !!!!!!!, WHO IS LYING HERE !!!!!! it's just telling all of your casino players wrong information about our brand, and as an affiliate manager working for this brand i want to know why you did that ? and you need to tell me the details of that because you are saying wrong comment on your forum about our brand !!! it's just LYING to all of your players on your forum! SO TELL ME WHY YOU DID THAT !!!!!



    After if you are telling me that "after 2 weeks you will add us on your website if you do not have any complaint from players on your forum", it's not my fault as an affiliate manager to contact you again to be on it after 2 weeks time not seeing any complaint on your forum, all affiliate manager will do that.

    Phil, you just need to reply about your lie on your forum about us and do not worry i will not contact you any more as you are already lying on our brand on your forum, BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHY YOU ARE DOING THAT !!!!


    Now to all of GPWA affiliate and affiliate manager,

    1) If you find an affiliate that you want to work with, telling you that after 2 weeks time if he does not have any complaint or comment about your brand, you will not want to work with this affiliate and you will not want an answer from him ?

    2) Affiliate manager, if an affiliate is adding a wrong software name on his forum to all his players about your brand, you will not want to know why he did that ?

    Yeah sure, we are the liars.

    When you first approached us to promote your brand, we checked your licence (Curaçao) and noticed it was shared with other rogue casinos. These brands include Starwin and 7Kasino, brands that are blacklisted on our site due to the following:

    - Dozens of complaints for non payment of players' winnings
    - Total lack of customer support (players' emails as well as ours didn't receive a response after more than 1 month)
    - Threatening players of "ruining" their lives by going to tell their place of work they were gambling (7Kasino)
    - Trying to impersonate players to save what's left of the reputation of their brand and then insulting us publicly on the forum when we find out

    As the casinos are under the same licence and nothing was done by the licence provider to prevent such behavior, we told Eric we weren't confortable working with them. But then he assured they had nothing to do with them. We continued our investigation and found out Gorilla was not only sharing the license, but also the gaming platform (and this can clrearly be seen when you compare the design of all the aforementioned brands). So after we came with that evidence, Eric finally told us they were indeed sharing the same platform but that they had nothing to do with them as these were different companies.

    However we're not talking about EveryMatrix or another platform provider, but a shady company located in Curaçao that offered that platform. This is the second reason why we didn't want to work with them.

    Since he didn't stop contacting us, it's true that I told him that I would see if there were complaints in the next two weeks and then consider adding their brand. But then as we gathered evidence, I sent him an email on November 3 telling him we weren't going to add any new brands for some months. Of course that's not what he wanted to hear so he ignored this email and came back to us saying asking me if I was a "man of honor" and would fulfill my "promises". What kind of talk is that? I'm not in kindergarden anymore and I don't expect this kind of language from affiliate managers.

    After the reply from November 3, he sent an email and I told him to stop harassing me. But then some days later he came back saying we were lying because we told players on our forum to be cautious as Gorilla was affiliated with Viral Technology. I corrected the post, those companies are so similar that we mixed them up, we wanted to talk about the relation between Gorilla and that "platform" that is shared with 7Kasino and Starwin, and the fact they used the same common license.

    We're just sick of all these shady companies trying to hide they misdeeds by creating new turnkey brands, working under false names to better cover their tracks, then rince and start again. And in the case not dropping the ball after we tell them various times we're not interested in working with them.

    You know what Eric did after we told them we didn't want to promote his brand the first time? What every professonal affiliate manager would do: he posted an unsollicited message on our forum advertising Gorilla Casino.

    And don't worry, I'm not the only affiliate who came to the same conclusions as us regarding the affiliation between all these brands, as various affiliates shared the same views in Barcelona.

    You tell me I don't need to add a post like that on GPWA, but after telling you many times to leave us alone, you left us with no choice. So I wish you the best and I hope we won't hear from you anymore. Thanks.

    Phil,

    At first when we start to talk together you told me that we were related with the same license to 7Kasino, VIP Room et Nogabet you never talk to me about Starwin, this is our new brand ? No Phil again we do have only one brand and it's Gorillacasino.com

    So you can see that a lot of brand has the same license number and he does not mean that they are related, Gorillacasino used a sort of white label to be live fast and we did it in the way to have less job to handle, but i explain you that everything and you agree on all of that,

    Did you see that 333Palace and CesusCasino are using the same license too Number; #5536/JAZ Did you check if it's the same company, you should becarefull !!!

    We needed to come here to the GPWA to closed your post that you did about us saying that we are under another software, it could have been much easier Phil,

    Now do not worry you will not get any email from but do not say wrong staff about us on your forum,
