    Closure Confirmation

I had not immediately changed the GaminGang forum to indicate the program was closed because as far as I could tell the indicators had all come from one person. There was an incident a few years ago were an upset exiting employee spread a false closure rumor about another site, and I wanted to confirm that the closure was genuine before taking any action.

In addition to the initial announcements that were cited to Dennis, I've now gotten confirmation from upper management at Topgame confirming the casino closure.

In order to provide a centralized place for talking about the closure, we will leave their forum section available temporarily rather than archiving it immediately.

Thanks Steven for confirming the Top Game Casino, 50 States closure. I also assume this includes LV Casino as well, their RTG site?

The confirmation came directly from Topgame rather than from a GaminGang representative, so my belief that LV Casino is also closed is based on interacting with the site rather than a report from an employee.

However, there are two pieces of information that lead me to believe it applies program-wide rather than specifically the Topgame site:
    a) The "Download Now" button on LVcasino.com is no longer functional.
    b) It appears there is no longer support available. The customer support phone number, although not disconnected, is playing 10 minutes of hold music then going to voicemail (which was exactly the same procedure, including wait time length, as I had for the support line for 50states).

Nice touch AGD I noticed today the Gamingang site carries the AGD rogue tags lol.

I like that sort of control. Obviously nobody is home otherwise they would have removed it.

    Too funny

This is once again proof of why I do not normally advertise new casinos. I generally will not sign up with any new casinos until they have been going for a minimum of 2 years and have proved themselves.
In the case of Gaming Gang, the Affiliate Manager was so persistent that I eventually put them up on a few pages. What a waste of time!!

    Got this mail this evening

    Dear Friends,

We're writing to notify you of a few important changes regarding GaminGang and our brands.

Firstly, 50StatesCasino.com is closed. After a year's worth of feedback from affiliates, the GaminGang management decided to focus solely on our new RTG brand.

Secondly, GaminGang in currently going through the process of ownership change. Both affiliates and players have been notified of the suspended activities.

attached id the mail sent to all Gamingang affiliates:
    "
    Dear Affiliates,

We're writing to notify you of a few important changes regarding GaminGang and our brands.

Firstly, 50StatesCasino.com is closed. All settlement issues with affiliates have been taken care of. All settlement issues and money owed to players will be paid directly by Top Game. We at GaminGang, after a year's worth of affiliate feedback, decided to move a step in this direction to focus solely on the new RTG brand - LVCasino.com.

Secondly, GaminGang in currently going through the process of ownership change. As you will notice, we finalized all payments to date before Easter in order to ensure for a smooth and timely transition period. All download links have been disabled, therefore you do not risk losing money. This email is to give you a formalized notice and advise you to change your campaigns accordingly.

Please note that players have been notified that LVCasino.com support has been suspended. GaminGang is not redirecting players to alternate casinos.

This is a temporary situation but we predict that this changeover will take some time. We will be in contact with affiliates personally once we are back up and running. At GaminGang, our affiliates are our number one priority and we will continue to grow in order to best serve our partners. We anticipate major, positive changes under our new management and we look forward to bringing them to you in the near future.

We look forward to being in touch with you and wish you the best of luck in the interim.

    Warm regards,"

Having said that, We wanted to say that we value our relationship with you and the 1 1/2 years we have worked together has been more than satisfactory. We anticipate that our upcoming changes will only enhance our working relationship and look forward to future endeavours together.

We will be in contact with you personally one we are back up and running. under new management.

We look forward to being in touch with you in the near future.

    Warm regards,

    Gamingang Affiliate team.

Thanks Andy, yes, my post was meant to confirm that the information was now verified by multiple sources. The reason I thought this was important was because everything posted up until then had cited a single person as the source or cited material that didn't identify the sender.

I think when there is a lot of partial information coming out about a situation it is important to be precise and to identify sources (where possible) in order to make sure the situation is fully understood. I think today's statement from GaminGang -- that the 50statescasino closure is permanent but that LVcasino closure is temporary -- illustrates why I thought it was important to be very specific.

They didn't even send me an email so I most certainly won't be signing up with them when the new ownership takes place.

We have sent several e-mails to Dennis and did not receive any reply.
Moreover, GamingGang did not inform the affiliates about the closure and their affiliate platform is still working.

We will never work again with these jokers, that's 100% sure.

Intersting, are they going to pay affiliate commissions? I even didn't receive a closure email.
