    Thank you very much thepokerkeep

So here i go with the first one

I have 7 sites that were penalized by google for duplicate content but they are still gettig some traffic from yahoo msn and even from google. I am already working on 1 of them introducing new content and changing the duplicates but as far as i know those changes should be done slowly in order to dont affect the positions i currently have.

The question is how should i make this changes? i mean should i change all the duplicates before i add new content? or its better to change duplicate and add new one at the same time? how many pages do you advice to change daily?

    Thanks

This is NOT a dumb question!
I hope some of our more experienced SEO gurus jump in to answer this one.

What I would do first is redirect the pages with duplicate content to the site with the original content. I assume you own the site with the original content.

I would not rewrite the content on the dupe pages... I would add new pages instead. It's much easier to get "new" pages indexed than to get penalized pages out of the sand box.

Once your new pages are indexed for your keywords/meta tags, remove the dupe content pages.

I believe you can safely add between 3 and 5 pages a day to each site.

Well, maybe we should warn him about giggles though.....

But don't worry, if she does bite too hard, just put her over your knee and spank her....

....and if she knows you will do that, she will likley bite you just so she CAN get spanked.....LOL
