I'm a newcomer here and have had sme great answeres to my questions - so thanks to he community.

It seems quite common to post up a site for critique, so I will follow the tradition - here is my site;

It is hidden from Google at the moment whilst I am in development stage.

Not perfect by any means - my own criticisms are;

Header Image looks basic.
Image Slider widget may possibly detract from the site. "Gadgets" tend to distract the visitor away from content in my opinion.

Other than that, I think my Bookmaker, Casino, Bingo and Gaming pages look quite neat.

The site is built on Wordpress using a paid for theme which has been modified.

I think Wordpress takes away a little flexibility, with HTML and CSS you can basically get a site to do what you want - with wordpress you have to try and fit in your design with the theme.

Any feeback on the site is welcome.

Header image looks fine to me, dont make it too over complicated

obviously you'll need more content on the homepage

also, don't hide it from google, let them find it as quickly as possible, they'll like it then when they find the site growing and improving

I suppose for the same reason I am unsure of the slider - i.e; potential to distract visitor away from the site content (I am a sucker for graphic designed headers though, I think they look great)

Yes the homepage is a bit shoddy at the moment - I am a lot less satisfied with it than I am the Bookmaker page for instance.

Sure - it will be activated soon - it's just that I had a bit of non-oroginal content on there while I was doing the layout etc....
