here we go: bewinners account closure warning

Just received this email:

Dear XyZ,
bewinners wants to work with the best!
As you have not achieved at least one NPA within the last 60 days, we would like to inform you that we will close your account in 30 days.

First of all, I am not a big affiliate but I always had a pretty decent income with BWIN.

The situation is like this: this month I have 3 NPAs. Since the stats are messed up from the begining, I cannot see the last 8-9 days, so maybe there are also some NPAs in this period.

Never thought to check out terms and conditions and other stuff you guys did check out, as I belived BWIN was one of the most respectable company out there.
Today, after receiving this email (which I think it is a technical mistake, I can't belive they mean it) I decided to pull the plug for good.

For everyone else who is still wondering why so many people are upset with BWIN, read the belosers dot com (I am not allowed yet to post links)

I am just thinking they do not really need an affiliate network. However, there are easier ways to destroy your reputation/affiliate base that launching a new platform/program.

It is hard to say it, after two years in which the support and all was very good, but BEWINNERS = theft!

To be honest nothing surprises me anymore especially they way some "reputable" online casinos have been operating of late.

It would appear that this program has been "milking" and "using" affiliates for their own selfish gains the last few years to substantially increase their player base.

Now that they have what they want all of a sudden affiliates aren't good enough anymore, it's a case of "Our way or the Highway". Hence the reason some of the clause/s in their contract with affiliates have been amended which is NOT conducive to affiliates at all.

To conclude; if you have affiliates that have been bringing players to this group for a few years straight, what happens to their players/commissions in the event their accounts are closed? Normal contractual terms with the majority of online casinos dictate that affiliates are supposed to receive revenue from player/s for life as long as they wager at that specific casino or sports book.
