Holdem Genius Rip Off - RESOLVED

I signed up for a free license thru the Holdem Genius official web site that is an affiliate to GPWA. I signed up at Absolute Poker room using their code & made my 1st deposit. It took holdem genius about a week to finally give me my code to un - lock the software to be able to use it on real money tables. They were slow but finally came thru.

I used Holdem Genius for about 3 weeks, played the 1,000 raked hands so I could use the program on other poker rooms for real money. Up to now, everything peachy. I found the program to work good & its a great help to learning & winning at on line poker ( real money ).

Since my old laptop was on its death bed, I went & bought a 2nd hand, more powerful laptop just to play online poker. I uninstalled Holdem Genius from the previous laptop & now I needed a new license to re-activate it on my new one.

This is where the problem comes in. I have been waiting over a week for a new license. I have written support 5 or 6 times thru their web site, sometimes I get an email confirmation that they have received my email & will respond, but my new license never arrives. Under their terms agreement, when I singed up, I was to have unlimited use of Holdem Genius for a yr after playing the initial 1,000 raked hands. It seems that I´m not the only 1 who has had problems with Holdem Genius as you can see at this link. holdem-genius.en.softonic.com/comments

I will not his matter rest till I get my new license as I feel I have been ripped off by Holdem Genius. They are very attentive before you buy their product but completely ignore you if / when you have a problem.

to all concerned

about 1/2 an hr after posting my complaint here my lis. was rest by holdem genius. i imagine that some one contacted them telling them of my complaint here.

thxs to all of the people here at GPWA for offering there support in clearing up this matter. since my lis. has been reset & the program is working, i have no interest in continuing my complaint against holdem genius. but they really need to get their act together as there are a number of bad reviews posted on the internet about how slow & sloppy they are about getting back to paying customers.

Can someone tell me more about this? Is useful for any kind of play? :SNG, Cash table, tournaments? I'm waiting for more details.
