I was writing a text ad for Hot Pepper and decided to put the minimium deposit in this particular ad. Since I couldn't find it on the website I decided to call customer service and ask what it was.
Besides the fact that the customer servcie rep was a bit rude to me and only wanted to answer questions I wasn't asking....I was told that Hot Pepper had closed last week and that I should discuss opening an account with Super Slots.
I had to ask most of my questions 3 or 4 times each because she kept giving me information I was NOT asking and kept steering my questions away from what I was asking.
I have NOT verified any of this yet, but if ANYONE has got a solid direct relationship with anyone at Hot Pepper, please contact me.
I have only promoted them a bit, but this past week have increased their exposure considerably as I was replacing Micro's so it is very frustrating to find this out if in fact it is true.
In the end I am hoping that I will find out that this information is incorrect, and in fact they are NOT closing.
My statements above are FACT! I was told by Casino Customer Service they were closed, and they were ONLY interested in steering me to create an account/or deposit at a different casino. (this phone call took place at approximately 2:30 pm Eastern time)
