    Default how do i turn a bingo site in that didnt pay me out.

    1. I played on bingo for money and now they dont want to pay me out and then after waiting a month to finally get paid out they closed out my account. They state have discovered behavior that violates our house rules stated in the T&C of our site which is a lie. Every week told me you have to do this and next week told me you have to do this. It finally was approved and so i deposted and had a problem with my deposited because i didnt get a bonus so i wrote to them and said i wanted to cancle out my deposit which didnt have nothen to do with my withdraw. I get a call later on stating the withdraw of 400 they put back into my account and i said why when it had nothen to do with my deposit and they said well we have a problem and untill you agree on something im canceling it out. He said he would give me a bonus of 100% just for this one time and i said ok i will do it for my deposit of 25.29 and he said he will have my withdraw go back threw. I went back into account the next day and notice the money all not cashed out so i called again and ask why it was not cashed out and withdraw not go thew and he said once they get there money back from ewalletexpress because he said when they cancled out it that it takes a day for them to get there money back and to call back the next day. Waited all day and then i called because i noticed that now my account was closed out and was told he was gone for the day. Now today i called to see why my account is closed out and they say hes out for lunch and then i notice i recieved an email stating they have closed out my account because We have discovered inconsistencies in your account and/or have discovered behavior that violates our house rules stated in the T&C of our site. which is a LIE LIE.. they just dont wand to pay me out the 400 they owe me.

    First, what room was it?

    Did you deposit after you had requested a cashout, but before it was approved?

    www.casinomeister.com would be your best bet if you want to bitch about a program not paying out. They can follow this up with the room once you have completed a PAB (Pitch A Bitch).

    Once you have completed this they will get in to action and find out the real story behind whats going on.

    The site is called bingoformoney i won it all together in all the rooms won little here little there and then did all my playthrew and thats what i cashed out with. No i couldnt deposit until after it was approved i deposited afterwards.

    Well, Bingoformoney is part of the Revenue Giants group and we could ask a rep from there to try and help out a bit, but if you have already gotten Brian involved over at Meisters then it is probably a good idea to see what he can do to help.

    Part of the problem with player issues is that if you run around to numerous forums posting about the proble it tends to aggrivate the situation more and make it much more difficult to get close to a solution.

    I do not know the entire situation here, and I suggest that you refrain from posting too much until such time as you can have a calm discussion with a senior customer service rep, or possibly some involvement with an affiliate rep, or with Brain at Meisters if you have already started that process.

    We hope that you are able to work this out, and let us know if we can help get you in touch with someone to help in any way.

    now i finally got ahold of the boss guy and he said there was some discrimpises in my deposits this is such a lame excuse said that they are going to pay me what i deposited threw there place altogether which is $210 or something close to that and i said thats not what you owe me u owe me $425.29 and he said well were paying you the $210.

    that would be great i havent got aholdof brain yet i just signed up and was waiting to take with the boss at bingoformoney to see exactly why my account was closed and now since i see its just an excuse not to pay me i was hoping he would reinstate my account but looks like no but thats ok because if they want to do this to me i dont need to play at there site. So i really dont no what to do just want my money they owe me this is the first and only post i have did for now. if you can ask the rep or whoever i woud greatly appricate it. ty sooo much .. that way i wouldnt have to post it other places.

    It is best at first to try and work with them. Try to get them being as specific as possible...

    discovering "inconsistencies" in your account is not a valid explanation for anything. You need specific examples of why your account has been flagged.

    Realize sites have to protect against bonus abusers and others who aim to take their money unfairly.

    I wrote to them about getting all my money back and they wrote this back We will not argue the point here. The final decision by Management stands: Account will remain closed and you will be refunded your deposits, nothing more, and nothing less. Then after that i wrote again asking that discovering "inconsistencies" in your account is not a valid explanation for anything can u explain exactly why my account was closed . i no that i was told on the phone but i still dont understand and so can i get it in writing exactly why it was closed out like what do you mean.So can i get specific examples of why my account has been flagged that's all i ask for . I still haven't recieved no email back and its been three days. So looks like they not going to work with me so i will need to exculate this with someone.. I dont think its right for them not to pay me what i owe and i want to stop this so they wont be able to do this to anyone else. i just recieved that money they said they were going to give me back so out of 425 they said they where going to give me around 210 and they gave me $127. WOW another lie oh well what a rip off site.
