Default How hard can reefer poker suck when its time to pay....

Ok so some time back i got some Canaffco points , i proceeded to change does points to real money on the merchant in cause, REEFER PoKER. once i got thoose few bucks i joined some tourneys and got it up enough to cash out.
This is what i got in response

After this i sent National ID card and utillity bill well that was not enough.... they needed a faz of some form i had never heard about...

Now, i dont have a phone, and so i cant fax anything to no1, plus i live in a remote location and i need at least 50Klm to get into some kind of decent Town\civilization, so i go to live suport and explain this. The talks were robotic and moronic to say the least...

So i decided to quit.... and let them keep my money.... then again i was VERY PISSED, so no i wont quit, i said to myself.

I drived the 50Klm to town and bought myself a new shinny scanner and got home ready to fill out thoose useless forms (yes i dont use a credit card so its basicly useless for them....) i scanned the blessed thing and sent it. after this i got this email

So now you say great man wtf is your problem?? Today after having to wait several days for a cash out response i got this email.

The lack of professionalism is absurd im back at square one, after doing all demanded from me i still get the same bot email when cashing out, i got no phone call since i dont have a phone i cant take the iniciative of doing so, live suport is useless and now i dont know what else to do so i decided to make it public maybe they get ashamed and get shade some light on this.... Im a player and i have deposited in a LOT of smaller rooms and got some issues here and there but never i had to do such an effort and so many emails and get to feel so cheated and sucked on like i did on reefer poker, and this will get into my reviews EVERYTIME for as long as i promote poker....

Think you will find that is Merge and not Reefer specific.

ok sorry for the late update i have been away. Someone must have read this i was an email upgrading my status, but i did NOT send the docs again...
