How long does it take you to get back to "normal" after attending a conference?

Well, last week was perhaps the biggest conference week ever in the online gaming industry.

Between EiG, the GPWA Conference at EiG, CAP Euro, and the CanAffco Affiliate Boot Camp at CAP Euro there were more iGaming folks in Barcelona last week than I've ever seen in one city in one week before.

After the conferences end we all fly back home, and try to recover and get back into the normal swing of things again.

So this week I thought it was appropriate to ask how long it takes folks to recover from being away at conferences and back into their normal routine.

Took nearly a week, the jet lag was terrible, being I used to stay up working till 1 am I was falling asleep at 9:30, waking up at 02:30 was no fun either. I would sit and stare at the monitor wondering wtf I was doing. Now that the fog has lifted (and my liver is working again) I am ready to get busy with all the deals made at the conferences.

I'm just about back to normal today but had a few days holiday and off again on Thursday so maybe ill be back to normal next month

but then again i'm never "normal"

starting work on a Monday post the conference weekend was quite a task in itself.
