I have not done any bookkeeping, but I am sure I update or write new contents at least thrice a day.

Basically, I make 2 to 3 articles a day 1 for my blog and one for my article submission. Though I sometimes skip a day to also update my other blogs. It's really hard to make some blogs going and maintain their traffic counts.

An hour and a half for one good article thus 3 - 4 hours in total. Although I can make simple articles for 30 to 60 mins only. Finding goog topic also can be time consuming unless you're only reporting a news you read or learn about.

We try to release an article once a day, whether it is a press release or just a blog can depend on how we feel.
Luckily we have players that mail their personal reviews to us, which we add to each individual casino review which helps keep content fresh which I personally believe is one of the hardest things to do.
Trying to praise your own site with more than 250 words everyday can be a struggle.
We would recommend reading through a thesaurus or dictionary, that really helps expand your vocab and will really help when it comes to writing articles and reviews.

Well I just love getting lots of visitors so I update my content daily atleast twice. It helps get me more visitors.
