How much should bail have been set at for Full Tilt's CEO?

A week after Full Tilt's CEO Ray Bitar was arrested after surrendering himself in New York, he was released on bail of $2.4 million dollars.

If you were the judge, where do you think you would have wanted to set bail for him?

On the plus side, he did turn himself in to authorities.

On the minus side, Full Tilt is believed to owe players about $350 million dollars.

That's a lot of very angry players who would probably want bail set as high as possible.

Besides voting in the poll, share your thoughts about what is fair and why.

I think he would have to pay more than 350 million, because on top of the money he owns to players he should also pay then for emotional distress.

Surely placing his bail at more than $350 million dollars, while emotionally very satisfying for all concerned, would just be unrealistic. I voted that the judge got it right, mostly because I'm not a judge and I don't know what I would have done in his stead - I think we have to put our faith in the system (naive of me perhaps) and hope that Mr Bitar gets what he deserves through the court.

I would have though $25 to $50 Million would have been a sensible bail option. $2.4M seems a bit o the light side considering the huge sum of money involved.

I voted $350M, the amount owed players.
It wouldn't make sense for him to turn himself in and then flee again when he is out on bail, but it would be fair to those players that are out of pocket to at least get their money back if that was the case.
