I spend about 9-10 hours going through forums, most of the time in this forum followed by CAP.

I usually spend an hour or so day - This way I'm kept informed of Casino Promotions - affiliate updates - seo techniques - I might not have ever known about.

I spend between 11 and 15 hours. Its usually in subjects that i like reading and debating about. I love watching poker and one day i plan on playing in the top online poker rooms. Its also fun studying all of the different personalities of the poker greats from Joe hashem to brunson.
