As you may or may not have heard, the RA group has recently acquired the PlayShare group of brands including CasinoShare, QuatroCasino, GrandMondialCasino and PlayersPalaceCasino.

This is a quick email to get in touch regarding some important info regarding the acquisition.

Pmnts
Please log into your RAaccount and update your pmnt details. This will ensure all pmnts are sent to the correct place and you get them ASAP.

For those who had a Playshare account, all commissions were settled by Playshare up until Jan 31st 2011. If you have not received your pmnt for January 2011 from Playshare, please send us an email with the following details:
- Your Playshare username and aff id (both of these would be more helpful than just one)
- Your pmnt method
- The amount you were sent (if this is $0, please put $0)
- The amount you were owed
- Proof of the amount you were owed if you have it (i.e. screenshot of january stats, email correspondence from one of the ex Playshare guys)

All amounts from Feb 1 onwards have been added to your RAaccount as a special promo and will be sent with pmnts for February by March 7. If you are unsure of which account that is, please let us know.


Links/Banners/Stats
Linking codes and banners have been added to the RA site. All stats are now up to date and backdated to the day thePlayers were migrated to our servers. You will need to update all banners and linking codes by 23:59 GMT on April 30th 2011. After this date the old links and banners will no longer work and newPlayers sent through old tags will no longer be mapped to your aff account. If you would like to keep any data from your old Playshare account, please log in and save it by the above date. After this date they will no longer be available. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch.


Mapping
AllPlayers have now been mapped to your respective aff accounts at RA. If you’re unsure of where yours have been mapped, please get in touch via email with your Playshare username and aff id as well as the email you had listed on your Playshare account.

I think there's a tracking issue. I've only clicked (via the new links) to one of the new casinos so far - Grand Mondial. In my stats though, it's showing 0 clicks for this casino but is instead showing it for Quatro.

I can see the error and will work on fixing it.. Just a display of wrong casino ID which is only affecting the commission model you're on.

This thread grew into a discussion about Rewards' Affiliates "wager share" commission model (based on a percentage of theoretical loss rather than actual loss). In order to prevent the two discussions from distracting from one another, we've separated them out into two different threads.
