I am new please review my site

I am new to this forum and I am fairly new to the industry as well.I need some Suggestion for my first gaming site thebingoonline.com

I am a designer don't know much about SEO how ever I have tried my level best to do a bit of it.I need to know If I am doing anything wrong here..I am taking help from outside but I want to make sure its in the right direction..

I would Appreciate your inputs on my site.

This is actually a very good structured website. To be completely honest it does not look like a first time website. The only thing wrong I saw is just that typo on your Detail Review (it's spelled everywhere Datail). Length of the articles is good, the overall navigation too. I believe the colors are set right seem warm and not eye scratching.

As a suggestion, I might say sprinkle some text links on articles and news so you get a good internal linking and perhaps one text link on your reviews and bonuses, so if by any chance a viewer cannot see your images, or does not feel comfortable clicking on banners and stuff, he/she can sign up.

I believe you site will do well, given that it grows a bit older and picks up a higher PR. Usually when I review, I have at least 7-8 paragraphs of suggestions but not in your case. Congratz.

I think it looks pretty good, it seems that you have covered all the information that players are looking for. There is one thing I would suggest for you to add, since you already have a casino section why don’t you also add below that a top scratch cards section.

To be honest I was thinking of selling it If i was given a good price but i now i should wait for a while you reckon?I have not done any SEO on it so far ..Just started like 15 days back hired a guy.I just want to know what all activities I should tell him to focus on initially..

It's just appeared online, I'm not sure if it was due to you updating, or the hosting? might be worth checking with your hosts to make sure your having a good %uptime. I'm new to the industry myself so it's always nice to see another new face.

It's good to see the large amount of content on site, and that will always help to the credibility of your site, personally the site is a bit busy for me, my site is on the other on the spectrum, but that is where each designer is different. I will updating my site soon into the bingo market so a expect some healthy competition

You can always sell it if you fell like it's not worth it. I just think that it has a potential and you have to let it grow older a bit. I'd tell your SEO to perhaps focus on quality backlinks from other gambling websites.

This is a really good site - it has potential - and getting going is always the hardest part. You have decent content up there, the design looks great, and you should now try to build out on this - create more sites in different categories to complement your existing portal (bingo is a nice easy product to start with, however casino makes you more money). Then look at building a community that you can monetise, rather than just passing traffic on - you can then look to work with additional advertisers that complement your products (like us - payment providers will pay you a continual life time revenue for every player you convert - if they use an eWallet to deposit to an operator site from yours)

There are so many reasources out there to help - have you read the IGB Affiliate magazine (you can read it online for free, and subscribe for free too) it always has useful articles to help affiliates increase their skills base and keeps you up to date with changes in the market. At the very least you have this forum to get inspiration and advice from.

Keep going - you will get there in the end!

Thanks Lee-Ann for your Inputs yes getting going can be difficult at times when i was making a lot of money as free lance designer now with all the efforts I am putting in I was getting less ..yes it is early days and I have to give some more time to my site to grow...

I have a question which I wanted to ask I added links for gambleaware and sign of 18+ as I saw that on many of gaming site can you tell me how important is it for me to add links or content like responsible gaming,Privacy Policy..Is it going to help in any way ..

From what I know the UK laws require it, so to be on the safe side, it's important to have the +18 logo and a link pointing to a site dealing with gambling addiction. You also want to point out that your website is intended for 18+ people and everyone with a problem should look for therapy and treatment.

I believe privacy policy is important, whether it has SEO benefit and Google looks for it, those r perhaps rumors not sure how much true. Since many of your affiliate links will drop cookies, you ought to inform your visitors that it's for your tracking purposes and you do not collect any personal information (theft of identity and that sort of crap).

It doesn't matter who reads it or not, it's just your way of being up front and not hiding anything.

Thanks for the suggestions and I have already made these changes on my site.Yes right now that is what I was think I am putting in lot of efforts and money on the site and it is not resulting in money for me.after reading all the posts here I am positive that I'll wait for a while till the site picks up more traffic I already see an huge increase in traffic.

Yes I agree bingo is lesser money but it has less competition as well...I have opted for bingo as this is my first product... I have started working on casino and slots sites as well... I am a free lance designer I know how to make good design and now i am learning how to get traffic on the site ..Let me know if i am lacking some where in the SEO side

I too began (and now I work) from lotteries. I advance a site TheLotter in Russia (the partner program Mylotto.com). In Russia there are not enough lotteries with big Jackpots and users willingly buy lotteries USA, Europe, Australia.
From a casino work yet so is stable))
As my sites are made more under lottery traffic, than under a casino.
I plan to be engaged in the near future in a site exclusively with gambling a content. While only in Russian. Probably, I will sometime make in English. It would be interesting to work not only in Russia, but also in the World market)))

Let me know if i am lacking some where in the SEO side

I go such ways - frequent addition of a content (news, for example), registration in services of social bookmarks, thematic catalogues (top100lottery.com ,for example) , signatures at forums, placing of articles with references to my site. Also I conduct blogs with krossposting news from my site.

1000 is good ...for me its not important the site has to look good traffic makes a lot of difference.I will be more than happy to reach there in couple of months ..your site must be there from a long time ..
