I cant believe what i hear from William Hill!!!!!!!!!

Hello all,

i few days ago i contact our Account Manager to ask that he give us please more player stats free that we can maximize the rake what our player generate. The problem is that we cant see who make withdraws, so of course we can not make special offers to the players to reactivate them or push.

The second point is that we cant see how much rake/tournament fees our playeres generate exactly every day. So its impossible for us to include our William Hill players to our different rake races. How we can include them when we dont know how much rake the generate each day? All the time we can make only cash races and promotions for players from our other partners. And of course some players go then to a other partner from us that they can play on our cash races and promotions.


I explained our Account Manager the situation that we want to maximize the rake from our players, and that we need for this more stats from the players. I think to see who make withdaws and how much rake they generate its absolutly normal. We have this stats with every partner from us. He told us thats its not possible in the moment to give us this stats free, only when when we bring minimum 10 new players every month.

I asked him to take please a look to our players that he see that they generate every month a good rake, and we have the possibilty to maximize this.

And no comes this answer: Its not important for the beginning how much rake the generate. More important is to bring more players.

My answer: So William Hill is not interested to earn more money? For William Hill is better to have 10 bad players every month where make 50$ Rake together, as 3 good players where make 2.000$? At the end its important that the players generate rake and bring money for both. We have this player stats with all our other partners too.

His answer: Its only possible to get this stats when we bring minimum 10 players every month. When other poker rooms think other, then its better for us when we promote our other partners . I have 700 affiliates where is must help, and i will be paid for new players every month. So you will understand that i spend more time with them and help. I can do nothing anymore for you in the moment.


What??????????????????????? A Affiliate manager from William Hill told us then maybe its better to promote other poker rooms? I was shocked and had no more answers after this sentence.


Ok we bring maybe not the most players every month. But it not so easy to get good players where generate a lot of rake every month. Of course we can make a No Deposit offer and get fast 10 bad players where are after 5min broke and made 2$ Rake. Bit this have no since.

Is it not better to push the good players where we have that they generate more and more rake?? Our players make really a good high Rake every month, so i cant understand that i get such reaction and answer from a Account Manager from William Hill.

I am schocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During this time we have provided excellent conditions for you to work with without hesitation and have always done our best to meet your needs where possible, regardless of the amount of players you have acquired for us.

It has come to our attention however, that there has been on more than one occasion a violation of our terms and conditions that, in the interest of integrity, we would rather not post in the forum. Needless to say these things need to be addressed.

Given this information, we feel that it may not be in our or the players' interest to reveal any more data than absolutely necessary. We prioritize the integrity and safety of our platform for players and affiliates above everything else.

Lastly, please realize that your account manager deals with more than just one single advertisement partner. We make our best effort to prioritize all our partners equally. It is perfectly acceptable to put forth certain requirements to a partner in return for cost- or time-intensive services.

I hope you can appreciate our side in this and please rest assured that we are doing our best to meet everyone's needs and provide a fair solution.

thanks for your fast answer. Nobody told that William Hill was not correct to us. We are very happy with the partnership with William Hill. And the communication with our Account Manager is also good and very fast.

I only dont understand why our Account Manager say to us that then its better to promote a other partner from us.And why we cant have such stats to work more effective for both. We work with William Hill now a long time togetherand we are only interested to make more profit and maxize this,thats all. I think thats normal.

But sorry i dont know what you mean with his? Maybe you can contact me that we speak short about this. For us its very important to do all correct, and i really dont know what you mean with this.

1) You're mentioning a minimum of 10 players which let's me suggest you don't even bring in avg. a 10 players. Sorry, get real, with such a low number of players brought into a program nobody will create any custom stuff / custom setup / additional stats in any interface for you. Wake up, it's all about numbers. Revenue is generated not by 'quality' players only but by volume of avg. players as well. You think this is not professional by them ? Go and start to work with regular affiliate networks outside the gambling industry, they won't even discuss about setting up anything custom for that low numbers.

2) I'm not trying to offend you, just to open your eyes as I wonder how low volume affiliates expect to be treated like super affiliates. When I started out I did not ask for much as you aren't in the position to ask for much without bringing a decent / average number of players (generating revenue in other cases). The longer you work with an afiliate program and the more you generate for them, the more you can expect. Bottom line. In my opinion, you generate low volume of revenue for a network, you'll be treated accordingly.

3) From reading what you've explained, actually all they told you is that they can't / won't meet your requirements and if that's a deal breaker for you, you should consider joining a diff. program - so basically what are you complaining about ?

4) I'm not referring to affutd only here and I can't wait for some other managers to jump on me here telling us that 'every affiliate is a VIP in our program' - save your time as if you think twice, you'll agree it's not the case.

Its ok and understandable that the Account Managers use the most time fo this Affiliates where bring most players and money. Nobody told something about this.

For me was just not understandable why we cant have this stats. Its just a click and needs 3min to give us this stats free, and we can work more effective and bring both sides more money.

It was a misunderstanding between our Account Manager an me. I was speaking with Ben after his answer here in the forum,and now all is clear. I thought that our Account Manager mean this sentence other, and that they have no interest anymore to work with us. And so i was a bit shocked because soon we work 3 years together.


And its not so easy to bring good poker players who generate a good high rake every month. 5 from our players generate more Rake as 100 bad players from other affilates. I speak with other affiliates too, and they agree with me that its not s easy to get good players.At the end is important that both sides earn money. 25 players who make 10.000$ Rake are much better as 150 players who make 2.000$ Rake.

But we now we will start to bring Affudt with different promotions much more players. And then all are happy

Our partnership and communication with Affudt was in the past all the time very good, and i hope it will be so in future too
