    I have a problem

    Well the problem is pretty easy for someone , but not for me because i have tried many times to do something with that ..
    Problem - I can't get my starting capital , because i can't take a pic of my pasport's 1 page , because it is shiny and i can't take a

    good picture ..

    What els can i do to get my starting capital ? I mean what els can I use to identify my self .


    P.S I'm pretty bad at English and my first language is not in the list

    Why not take your passport to a copy center, make a copy and fax it to the program or snail mail. Another option is to scan the image and then email as an attachment.

    Scanning your passport would solve the problem. I have mine scanned.
