Hi all,

This is a poorly presented web site.

The logo is rough and jaggered, the links at the footer of the products page give 404 errors and there is no contact phone numbers or company address details.

I gathered all this info in less that 1 minute!

Definitely didn't inspire me with trust or the willingness to hand over my personal details.

Especially after doing some domain info digging:

Registrant:
St. Cloud-Online
3243 County Road 74
St. Cloud, MN 56301
US
Domain Name: IBANKG.COM
Created on: 11-JAN-07
Expires on: 11-JAN-08
Last Updated on: 24-MAY-07

Hosting comes from some small time operator in St. Cloud MN. (I'd expect that an online wallet would have their own server[s] )

The registered email address goes to xxxx@shrinecircus.com

I think ibankq is owned and operated by a group of clowns!

Cheers

Dave

Nice reply dave...adn you ahve also made me rethink steps I should be taking before choosing a processor. As what I would consider the norm range of players who basically point click, check out the website and go on from there - I wouldnt use them.

The site looks like one of those Get rich over night sites. I do check the about section on every website including poker rooms and casinos. THe about us section on this website tells me absoloutly nothing about the company. The only impression I get is "Open an account with us" when it should be talking about financial security, how safe the site is etc...

I am one of the biggest skeptics for anyone other than Neteller, Moneybookers and Paypal. I wont use the other options not even Click2Pay. My current method for depositing at rooms consists of Usemybank which BMO has removed for now- so if I cant use those that I trust or my debit card, I dont play.

You have to really be careful when you see these new payment processors pop up because most of the time they are just trying to get your personal info or your email addy for spam reasons.

Cool US customers accepted??

Hi guys,

I took a look at the site, and they really don't look too pro. I think we should wait until more people use it, just to be sure it's a reliable option.

Also, I want to ask if anybody know if they accept US customers.

Thanks in advance, and be safe with the money.

cheers

Some good advice

I took a deeper look at this place and discovered the following:

The domain is only registered for 2 years (1'st red flag) adding they're on shared hosting (2'nd red flag). Any decent web wallet would be on their own server(s) & they'd certainly register a domain longer than 2 years.

Give this place a wide berth, I personally wouldn't trust them as thing to me don't look kosher.

Cheers

Dave

Default DO NOT USE iBankG or PIC Club

Some skepticism have already been shared by the more internet-savvy of our poker player community: These domains are registered for only two years (01/11/07 - 01/11/09) and they are on shared hosting.

In addition, the following excerpts are from iBankG Terms and Conditions http://www.ibankg.com/legal_terms_and_conditions.htm

These terms of use apply to the site accessible at www.ibankg.com.
We are not responsible if information that we make available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance upon the material on this site will be at your own risk.

Disclaimers Your use of this site at your own risk. The site is provided on an “as is” and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to change features or content from this site at any time.
iBankG, S.A. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether they are expressed or implied. We also disclaim that access to the site will be uninterrupted or error-free; that the site will be secure; that the site or the server that makes the site available will be virus-free; or that information on the site will be complete, accurate, or timely.

Carbon Poker lists both iBankG and PIC Club in the banking options. When attempting to use either alleged payment processor, Carbon Poker will freeze and may display "Not Responding" in the title bar.

iBankG and PIC Club are one in the same and are both SCAMS. Carbon Poker has a penchant for facilitating fraudulent payment processors -- the last one was ACH Secur.

If you have already registered for an account with iBankG or PIC Club, then immediately cancel/change your financial account information and expect an influx in spam. Also, run an antispyware/antivirus software daily.

DO NOT USE IBANKG
Ive been playing poker online for about 4 years now, and Ive tried many different payment processors at different poker sites, and Ive usually had no problems until now....

I registered here because I saw this post and I dont want anyone to go through what I have gone through.....

I made an account at Ibankg, a nice and clean looking site. I entered info to complete an E-check, and after pressing submit, they didnt give a confirmation or ANYTHING, it just jumps to another random page. I thought maybe it didnt work, because no funds showed up in my account. I decided to just wait it out see what would happen. About a week later I see a charge from IbankG in my bank account. So I go back to Ibankg's website and still no funds! I look for a phone number, but not 24/7 email support, which takes them DAYS to respond.

Finally someone emails me back and they tell me that the money was being processed and should be in my Ibankg account very soon. I wait another week and nothing, so at this point Im very frustrated so I ask for a refund.

Finally they agree and they said that they proccessed a refund via ACH, I wait another week and I have no refund. I ask the rep, and he says that it may take a few business days.

I WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS, so this is 3 WEEKS total since they supposedly sent my refund and still NOTHING.

I email the rep back and he has the nerve to say that my original deposit was returned Non Sufficient Funds!

I see the charge in my bank account!!!!!

Remember, this is over 3 WEEKS after he said that they sent the ACH already..........

Im probably not going to get my money and its driving me crazy
