    I removed the mesage as they stated the payment will be cleared in the first week of August. Will see what happens.....

    They are pretty slow with payments which is a pain but they are paying...

    Just an update for other fellow members, after 4 months Ikibu affiliates finally paid their commission due!

    We will give them another chance, to see if they pay on time for this month's commission.

    That's great you got it.. 4 months it's more or less what I've been waiting.. I was promised it'll be faster from now on !

    they've had some issues to process payments in the past due to some banking problems, but they've always paid. Whenever I ask questions they always reply, so I cannot complain.

    They pay with a delay, in fact we just received the payment which was due to be paid in June.

    Still no payment from Ikibu and no reply to the emails. We're waiting for the commission earned in June due to be paid in July.

    I am posting here again, to see if anyone else is having problems to receive payments from Ikibu. I've sent them the invoice for the commission earned in June and July several times now, didn't even receive a reply. I suggest extreme caution with this casino!

    Totally agree, not sure what's going on at Ikibu.
    I also haven't been paid and been chasing them since July. Initially communication was smooth, they asked me to send in the invoice as well as Affiliate Due Diligence documentation and after I sent them in they said the payment would be processed immediately. That was the last I heard from them. I've sent numerous follow up emails which have all just get been ignored.
    Its very frustrating.

    Just suggesting that the fact that no one else responding maybe because no one have pending payments with them..

    We have exactly the same as MillyofTheValley. Sent invoice, Diligence and other documents. We got a confirm of receipt and since then - silence.

    I sent an email today saying that from tomorrow Ikibu will be rogued and I will be telling affiliate forums to avoid working with them. Here's the email I received. It says it all.

    Hi,
    I'm sorry to hear this and totally understand your actions.
    Unfortunately, I've tried very hard to solve this situation but the shareholders are not willing to pay the affiliates.
    It is sad to say this but, this is the horrible situation we are all living here at Ikibu.
    I apologize for all the inconveniences.

    We got the same response. It's funny these days, white label casinos are popping up like mushrooms and then disappear into thin air sometimes without paying the commission due to affiliates! We had too many of these experience for our taste. Is it perhaps time for the operator that issues the license be held accountable?
