Exclamation Important Information for bet365 Affiliates

    Dear Affiliate,

Thank you for replying and accepting our Policy email dated **/**/17 relating to your affiliate account ********,

As a responsible operator, we must ensure that we can work compliantly with all affiliate partners. To ensure such compliance, we feel that it is necessary to reduce the number of affiliate partners that we have. It is with deep regret that we are therefore sending you this email as notice of the termination of our affiliate marketing relationship with you with immediate effect and require you to immediately remove all bet365 promotion.

We apologise for any dissatisfaction in advance and want to be clear that our decision is simply to ensure that we can continue to meet our legal and regulatory obligations in a focused and streamlined way.

Notwithstanding this termination of our affiliate marketing relationship with you, we recognise and appreciate your hard work during our relationship and, subject to the below and as a gesture of goodwill, will therefore honour your revenue share payments for customers that you have already referred to us.

Despite the fact that our affiliate marketing relationship with you has ended, you will be able to continue to login to your account in order to check your balance and make withdrawals of these funds.

To enable you to receive commissions from customers that you have already referred as outlined above, we will need to verify that you have removed all promotion of bet365 from your sites/channels and you will have to ensure that clicks from your advertising do not appear within any of our future reports.

Please note the 50 minimum withdrawal requirement will still apply due to costs associated with payment processing.

If or when we are in a position to enable you to promote bet365 again in the future, we will of course be in touch and would hope that at that time you would be willing to work with us again.

Please respond by the 5th January 2018 with the following -

    - Formal confirmation that you accept the terms above.

    - Formal confirmation that you have removed all bet365 promotion and exposure from all of your website(s) and marketing channels and that you will not promote bet365 in the future without our express authority to do so.
If we do not receive a response from you by the deadline and/or we find that you have breached the above then we will withdraw our goodwill offer to pay the commission on referred customers outlined above and you will not be entitled to any such payments.

Once we have your reply and have verified that you have ceased promoting bet365, we will advise on how to process your withdrawals moving forwards.

Thanks in advance for you cooperation.

Glad to say , for myself at least, that did not come out as a surprise.

you will have to ensure that clicks from your advertising do not appear within any of our future reports.
Don't have to tell you this is the catch as old sites have old links lying around on old forums or whatever and may cause traffic at any point. Remember the days that used to be a good thing?

Now that the role model of all affiliate programs went "south" the trust between affiliates and programs seems gone to me at least.

I got a similar email yesterday. My account has been suspended for a few months now. And yesterday they sent me an email asking why I had not responded to previous emails asking about these details. Well for one I have received no email from them. And for two they have completely blanked emails that I have sent to them.

They took a while to respond to my emails at first, then they sent me an email notifying me my account had been closed because I had not responded which I had. They then apologised and said that had been sent by mistake and today I received the email above.

They obviously don't give a toss about the affiliates and don't seem to be running things the way they should be. Once again its us affiliates that suffer.

Just got mine through today. So much for bet365 being the no.1 affiliate program.
So magnanimous of them to offer the chance to work with them in the future if things change. Which I can see happening when their market share drops like a stone.

I would be interested if any GPWA member that does manage to keep their account fully open to promote, would be willing to share with the forum!
    Or just keep quiet

I received an email Yesterday which said they wanted links to my websites and formal agreement to comply. They still want to work with me it seems but I don't have a website atm because I used only social media.

I find that amazing as I thought one of their big issues was with the control of social media accounts of affiliates

Just got the same email through there - what with old sites and links to them dotted about here and there it's going to be practically impossible to ensure there are no clicks - they will find this a good excuse to shut down numerous accounts no doubt. Really had my fill of this industry now, time to move on to something new . . .

Anyone have an idea about how they divide accounts - what accounts need to be closed for further promo and what accounts can be OK for further promo of bet365?
What account parameters will be ok for further promo? F.e. minimum requirements

Think of this as the first draft. Meaning dont ask "would I be next?" but "when would I be next?". If you make the first draft what stops them to do a 2nd 3rd etc...

At the end of the day would you be willing to push them as hard as before, even if you are left untouched, even with custom content, even with screenshots.

My personal trust with them lied on the fact they'd never pull anything scammy and unethical. That they cared about small middle and big affiliates.

    This changes everything.

P.S I have enough players to sustain a 4 digit income and I know where this is going. While I did not receive the above letter I was asked how I am going to promote them and was assured it was Not a trick question.

Being honest and myself Ive told them Id not be putting copyright infringement material on my website that 99 other websites will have. That i cannot promote services such as live streaming without screenshots and that all i can do i stick a banner.

Hmm my offer sounds so tempting that im surprised i didnt get that letter right there right then.

Look, xecutable. Call me fool. I trust them. I got the letter too right now. My fitbit heartrate went to 150.
This is a fair deal. The only problem is that I still have clicks and even regs there. (I have clicks .. many... even from tracker I do not use from 2013) People simply go through the whisperer (not sure if it is the word) in Google I assume.
I want to sort this out and then let's see.

They were always generous and guys of words. I know about big affiliates that had accounts closed b4 due regulations and they always honored the deals like they offer it to us now.

I know this feels like a scam from other **** uk bookies, but I believe it is not. It is my gut feeling I felt by buying bitcoin. Time will tell and now, it is not upon us.

Nobody sane wants enemies. Billionaires do not want angry enemies from Eastern Europe They want to raise their wealthy kids on certain class and show them responsibility. They did not breach anything so far. They paid us all or they will pay us all for traffic we delivered.

It is just fear that is looming here, because most of people have majority of income with bet365. It is understandeable. Someone said this is a divorce. If it is I wish they were my exwife (who was actually exgf but she was a bi tch).

Also some people who are bigger insiders than me wanted to buy the accounts shortly b4 this happened. They know more than me. And they are not fools I know that. Do the math.

Fair enough... For me this isnt normal or trustworthy.

When you have a family to support or/and a lovely wife/gf that wants to create a family and seeks security it's hard to answer questions like "what gives u the certainty that they wont close ur account tomorrow and we'd end up on the street?" and u know I used to laugh at it but I aint laughing now.

Career change is all I see and I trying to be positive here

I feel you. This is why I will have kids now in 40, although I will enjoy them less and grankids even less. At bet365 you will get what you delivered. The problem is that the industry in regulated markets is done. Bet365 were special and they will be the only one who will be "generous" enough to keep the word about lifetime rev share.

Either way the world will change much more in short time and this will be a minor problem anyways.

I would not take their sentence that we might be contacted in future by them as cliche. If they keep the word and start with nonUK or crypto program / brand later, it would be great.

Not for Bet365, they are one of the first affiliate programs I signed up with, so just on some Yahoo account.

It is definitely some **** going on with emails. It is invisible, but the few big companies and their antispam filters do whatever they want. Probably hundreds of cc emails were sent to yahoo or something like that.
I also did not get one (just 1!) email from bet365 to gmail.
To have own mailserver is also stupid, because the emails out are not being delivered, because there is put some "creditscore" on senders.

I am trying to receive now emails to my own server but sending through gmail if it is important. But the email centralization will end badly as well.

Either way they gave you one more chance, If I were you I would respond from more emails and request email back. I do it now all the time with bet365 and they thank god keep responding.

Im social media based too and got the same email as you. Im thinking of creating a blog like website and put it in my response email to them. Will cost about 60ish quid.

I came across this tipster page "The badman Tipster" and he create a really simple blog and he's back to promoting them.

    His website: http://www.badmantipster.com/

Although he has custom text and he linked his website to his social media account, i thought this wasn't allowed? or am i wrong?
