So I'm prepping up to launch my own gambling related website. Sports, poker and casino.

I did the research here and there but I thought there is still a lot of things I can learn from you pros in here.

What are the things I need to consider when launching this type of site? Best practices? Should I worry about legalities in US territories? Where's a good place to get news from without worrying about copyright issues? Tips when signing up for affiliate program? ... and basically everything else that I need to be aware off.
