WHAT A SHAME! you didnt know about it? I have send you more then 10 emails back and forward afther my first manager refuse to help me, you send me back to my first manager again and finaly the first manager changed me from manager to a new manager (number 3)... wich i still dont know about him!

This was you last email Marc: I can't pull the info about your account because I don't have access to it because I'm not your account manager.

So, how can you help affiiates by setting up an email account with help me @ eruopartners while your answers are as show above?

I personally see more then 10 months long that the players continue to pay at the casinos and play, but the casino remains far behind and doesn't pull the net gaming equal to the losses of the players.

Now, this happens to my both accounts (while players keep continue depositing). If the casino doesn't pull the net gaming equal to the losses of the players, how could I earn commission?

I wanted to help deal with 2 issues here:

2) Your player issue

1) There are more than 1 Marc/Mark at Euro Partners.
I am Marc Kenigsberg (Marc)
You have been speaking to Mark Berdock (Mark)
I am in charge of Euro Partners and Mark is an account manager.
As far as I know you and I have not spoken before.

2) In terms of the player issue, I have spoken to Mark and from what I understand he was trying to help but he is not your account manager so does not have access to your info.
Only your account manager (and me) can see your details.
What I'm going to do is check all the mails you've sent and get an answer and come back to you.
I will come back to you tomorrow.

My first manager, was hiding the statistics from me. I had to send him 50 emails and explain him why i wanted him to enable the fields in the statistics menu. In the beginning i saw only Zero's. After he enabled the statistics i saw what i missed.

I have the pictures, don't I? are those pictures lying about the amount s that has been deposit? almost 12K is missing!

Telling me " sorry...., you are f***d" is not fair. What is hap-pend to the money that has been deposit by all those players?

We have deposits, we have winnings, we have cash-outs, we have affiliate earnings and we have return amounts! Deposits minus winnings minus affiliate earnings minus cash-outs minus return amount, shows that 12K is missing, So where is the money? where is it...............................?????

It is nice to talk about the new players, .....the future! I am talking about the past, the results.... not tomorrow, not after 1 jear, no, I am talking about the past...I am talking about 12K.... which is almost 13k now, including April!

We have been speaking on PM and I replied to your last PM on this.
As I said there is no "earnings problem" here.
This is simply a case of players not generating revenue.
We are trying extra lengths to try and create further monetisation from this players but the lower earnings are not due to any problem, technical or other.

I would like to speak to you so that we can resolve this once and for all.
It is not fair to keep you waiting so long for a resolution.
The "mistake" here was that we did not respond in a timely fashion.

AK - this is a upfront fair and honest deal.
There is nothing going on here, technical or otherwise out of the ordinary.
Sometimes players simply don't generate the expected revenue (especially when poker is involved like in this case).

I've been reading this thread and trying to understand what's going on...
could someone verify that I have it right?

My take:
GOK is looking at deposits and calculating his income based on those numbers.
EP is calculating the true income on "rake" generated by those players.

As is the case in almost all poker programs - income is based on rake, so EP is correct in not paying GOK 12 or 13K.

I assume this is just a misunderstanding on GOK's part - possibly due to poor communication or language barrier issues.. Have I got it right?

Maybe a part of it is right. That part is: Account nr 2. On account nr 2 there has been a total of $4094,85 in deposits. It seems like that, that account had Poker players and those players didnt generate revenue, as EP says! not me.

Buth, the first account, has $16.566,00 in deposit (update: alsmost 17K) and those players are NOT poker players. You see. And, .... i am not missing 12 or 13K... i am missing my commission % from that 12 or 13K.

I will PM Marc to see wich deal he has. Thank you for your comments.

We made a deal! afther that deal non of my players did deposit for months! Also the new managers are not responding!

What is been happend to my players? and where is the statementh for this month, i had to wait 3 months untill it was finaly 250!!!!
