Intertops not paying before requested ID documents sent

I have an inssue getting paid by intertops as funds will be transferred to my players account which is locked because they must have ID documents in order to pay affiliate commissions ?

Is this common practice ?

I really do not prefer the casino/sportsbook to have this kind of info because I do not want promo material sent to my home address.

To be honest I think this practice is ridiculous and as far as my knowledge goes very few online casinos enforce it. Why not inform the affiliate about it the day they sign up! Instead they wait until you've generated commission then the fun and games start. We won't promote an outfit that requests personal information before commissions due you would be paid out. Going forward if an affiliate program/s asks us to sign up with them this is one of the first questions we'll ask.

Intertops has introduced the process of paying affiliates via the player account to ensure fast payouts for affiliates by reducing the administrative overhead (only one payment department, not two). This process works very well for all our affiliates.

Should there be problems setting up the payment – the payment department may only request documents upon first withdrawal – please contact affiliate@intertops.eu and we will sort them out.
