Default Intertops Poker excluded countries list

I'm trying to locate the 'excluded countries' list for Intertops Poker. I am guessing it's the same as for Casino CLASSIC, and not the same as Casino Red? Or does Intertops Poker have its own exclusion list?

FYI, the current exclusion lists I have for Casino Classic & Red are as follows:

Excluded countries (Intertops Red - RTG): France, UK. Players from the following countries can download Intertops Casino and play as normal but cannot claim bonuses - Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Mauritius, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine

Excluded countries (Intertops Classic - WGS): Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Mauritius, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine

This poker t&c page does not appear to include the essential excluded countries info - https://poker.intertops.eu/en/terms-and-conditions

    Thank you.

I spent some time with 'Kat' on Intertops live chat yesterday - a terrible experience. I fired off the same query to email and got a quick reply.

"No sign-ups initiated from Australia, Austria, France, Spain, and from the United Kingdom will be accepted in the Poker Room. INTERTOPS reserves the right to refuse new registrations from the following states in the US: Delaware, Kentucky, Nevada, Wasington state and Utah"

It's actually included in No.3 in the t&c link but missed it 'cos all my search words missed it.

    All good.

ETA: I actually searched the poker t&c yesterday for 'Spain' and it didn't turn up as it does now. Has this page been edited since my query, perhaps?

ETA 2: I can't find a deeplink for the poker t&c page in the backend to use. There's t&c for general and casino but not poker. Could we get this added? TIA.

Here is the information copy/pasted from our main poker website. This information was obtained directly from from Hjalmar, the poker room manager some time in 2018:

Accepted / Restricted Countries and US States & Territories

Country, State, and Other Jurisdictional Restrictions:The Horizon Network is unable to accept US poker sites players from the states of Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, and Washington State. However, USA players from the remaining 43 US states are eligible to play on Intertops. The US territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, Marianas islands, and the Virgin Islands are accepted. France, Australia, and the United Kingdom are prohibited jurisdictions at Intertops. Yet, U.K. and Australian players are welcomed at Juicy Stakes, a partner organization on the Horizon Poker Network. Sorry, France c'est la vie.
Hope that helps! If you want to contact him directly, PM me and LMK, I will dig up his email address for you.

Thanks. I got this from Paolo:

"For poker the list of excluded countries is the same as for the other products. Only Spain is also restricted for poker due to the software provider:

REGISTRATION/DISCLAIMER: No sign-ups initiated from Australia, Austria, France, Spain, and from the United Kingdom will be accepted in the Poker Room. INTERTOPS reserves the right to refuse new registrations from the following states in the US: Delaware, Kentucky, Nevada, Washington state and Utah"

So I'm not surprised that you received a different answer than we did. That is standard lol. Most of these sites don't know who they accept and who they don't. The people who make these decisions rarely inform the other hand as to what is what, who is who, and where is where!

    Blahhhh.

We will include Spain as that seems logical. The US states however can not be correct. Intertops surely is not operating in New Jersey because the Department of Gaming Enforcement there is actually active and pursues "illegal offshore sites". I can not imaging Intertops wanting heat like that. It simply isn't their MO.

Try asking them for this info on live-chat for a trip down a rabbit-hole you'll never escape from.

I'm hesitant to post on a public forum. You have my contact info if you wanna discuss the theory behind it. Not that it is groundbreaking or anything.
