    Intertops Registrations collapse

Our intertops registrations have collapsed this month. Always so easy to convert, our registrations which have been consistently running at 10% of clicks are now one sixth of what they usually would be this month.

Has any other affiliate experienced a dramatic loss of registrations this month? I am not talking about accounts that deposit funds, purely registrations?

One company in a worse slot on our main site is doing 6 x the registrations of Intertops this month. It does not make sense.

This is so unusual as Intertops has converted so well for years. I do struggle to get to the intertops site nowadays on one click (usually takes me two) and also has the new .eu domain altered the way the affiliate software tracks? These are only two things that cross my mind.

Can any other affiliates please comment on their experiences so far this month (August)?

My % may be down a little from last month but not very drastic.

Intertops have taken my concerns seriously and have looked into it, obviously referring it on to Income Access. They have not been able to come up with any reasons. The period where the stats are hard for me to believe is just 2nd August - 8th August inclusive. After that normal service is resumed. I am reassured with the trouble Intertops took to look into the several points I raised with them and they did not just palm me off. Bit twitchy where usa-facing online sportsbooks are concerned after BetUS and Bookmaker.com turned into crooks.

I hear you bro. Read the thread I started with commission.bz and their stats as they also use Income Access. It simply cannot be mere coincidence that some affiliates do great with Income Access software and other affiliates do absolutely horrible. For the life of me I don't understand why people tout Income Access as this great software and trust them 100%. We have always done HORRIBLE with any site who uses Income Access and to me someone plays around with the numbers in the backend over there. It just makes aboslutely no sense how come every site we promote that uses Income Access does horribly but every other site we promote who doesn't use Income Access does well.

Again, some Income Access users will come on here and say they do great with whatever sportsbook they promote that uses Income Access. Well, my answer to that is of course they have to allow some affiliates to do well or everyone would be onto their sham. However, I'm just sick and tired of always doing sh*tty numbers with Income Access programs and having it chalked up to "coincidence" or other BS. I don't trust their software and I strongly believe they shave players in the backend. And because it's a 3rd party software they can do this without getting the sportsbooks involved so I am NOT(I repeat NOT) accusing sportsbooks like Intertops of cheating. However, I am saying I don't trust Income Access stats at all. Every damn sportsbooks who uses that software we always do awful with. Coincidence? I think not.

I have done well with quite a few Income Access sites - so many of the UK-based bookies do use Income Access software. I do think they are fine and they will look into any queries. This is not the first time Income Access have provided answers to queries I have had about other IA affiliate programs. Without counting each one I think we promote maybe at least ten operators who use Income Access white label software. Many we have promoted for a long time now. I just say this to reassure you that you will have good months and good years with sportsbooks who use IA. We have.

By way of an update, because we started this thread, I would just like to say we are really happy with Intertops. The stats are fine and the affiliate department has been very responsive and helpful. This is a really good firm to promote re: the USA - a market where the number of good operators for affiliates is shrinking. We have promoted them for years and more recently have given them higher profile, because they can be trusted, and I am glad we did.

    Hi Guys

I just wanted to comment on this thread, I am not posting to in any way comment on Intertops I wanted to post more about Income Access and it’s product offering.

I have been a client with Income Access now for 4.5 years with two different companies and over this time I have heard some people say that they don't make money with programs that use the Income Access platform to me this does not make a huge amount of sense as such as IA do not really control any part of the conversion or retention process. IA simply host the tracking links/banners/text links ect and offer a back office platform the conversion/retention is 100% down to the operator unless as in some cases IA have been contracted to run the affiliate program for the operator.

When setting up my current program just over two years ago I had the opportunity to test a number of back office platforms and to be honest I found IA the best for tracking and user experience.

These are of just my thoughts and finding of the IA product but add that to the fact the company is run by 100% trustworthy and reliable people it just make me even more confident to offer IA.

    Thanks

    Shaun
