    Default Issue from 1xbet

    Hello

    My name is Svetlana, i m from Russia and i live between Voronej and Bratislava.

    I want to share my experience with 1xbet

    I played on this bookmaker for 1 year without problems (deposit and cash out)

    The 24th october, i won 604 and i decided to withdraw my money (same VISA card, like usual)
    The same day, the system approved my withdrawal

    After 5 days, i received nothing, i asked the security service, they answered me, i needed to wait, it was approved.
    After 2 days, i asked again this service about my problem, they answered the same answer

    The 31st october, i sent an email to eli Todosov, an affiliate manager. After 2 hours, i saw they operated my transfer and the first november, M. Todosov confirmed to me 1xbet did the payment

    After 3 days, i contacted M Todosov because i didm t receive my money. He checked the problem and he asked me some documents:
    -one screen shot with URL of my online account
    -my passport
    -a document of my permanent resident
    -a copy of my contract for my bank card VISA
    -a historic of my movement in my account

    I sent him everything and i haven t news about him

    I have understand now they stole my money, i will complain this week to police in Russia

    I have all emails and prove if somebody want to see

    For all players and gamblers, DON T USE THIS WEBSIDE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, THEY WILL STOLE YOU

    1xbet is a scam but i think you will get paid.

    They don't want to aggravate their reputation for 604€.

    Another good sign : They didn't ask you to send your documents by post in Russia.

    Hey there, Svetlana.

    I think I have outlined pretty clearly in the email that the requirement comes not from 1xBet but from the payment system we are working with. Cut us some slack why don't you?

    As for the rest - I'm still working on it. Unfortunately, just as with everything, even trying to make a change takes time.

    without your help, i think i will never receive my money

    You are honest, i can confirm it

    But the 1xbet company is not very serious, it s only my personal opinion. I stopped to play on this webside

    Since Mr. Todosov left the company, I'm affraid there is no one like him there who wants to help the way he used to.

    They don't want to let me withdraw my 1450€ and Customer support and Public Relations department just keep replying with the same message.

    Hi, as we mentioned in the “Complaints” thread, our Security Department conducted a special investigation, and as a result your account was blocked. It was not an easy decision for us. The reason for the blocking is a violation of the Multiaccount rule. You have registered a second account, which is strictly prohibited by the rules of our company.

    1xbet and Marathonbet are bad bookies. I don't recommend to place bets over 20$ here. I am banned in Marathonbet so I know what you feel
