Question

As JackpotCash is licensed in Cyprus, I would like to ask if anyone has a contact info for these people?
I did not get to find any info about licensing in that place.

Schankwart,

I can offer that a couple of months ago Silver Sands (which was my listed casino) cut off US Players with no advice to anyone - it took a call to support to get that information. My players disappeared and that's what made me suspicious.

Numbers I have - listed on the Silver Sands contact page :

Casino Support - 1-800-769-4836 (this is the number I called and got Customer Service)

Portvale Corporation Ltd., 74A Ayios Eleftherios Street, PO BOX 28770, 2082 Nicosia Cyprus - 1-800-769-4836

there's an email addy listed for the Cyprus address, but I doubt it'll do you much good

As of one week ago we made the decision to pull Jackpot Cash and Silversands Poker off of all 30 of our sites and are currently in the process of removing them. Its a long story but in a nutshell we had a very big negative figure of about R240 000.00 on Jackpot Cash , and they insist on carrying forward negatives , but in view of this negative being so big , management had agreed that they would still pay us for the other players earnings . This was about 6 months ago. To date we have received not one payment from them and despite setting up 3 meetings with Marsha - their PRO ( some PRO!!!! ) she cancelled all 3 meetings at the last minute. The final straw was when we were actually waiting for her at the restaurant we had agreed to meet at - and 5 mins before the meeting was due to start she sent an sms to say she couldn't make it and that she doesn't really deal with affiliates.She then made numerous promises via email to sort out our problems - not one of them ever materialised and she then stopped answering emails.
With regards to Silversands Poker - we have been promoting them for over a year and believe it or not have never received a payment either. The only reason it has taken us so long to come to this decision is in view of the fact that we have always had a good relationship with them in the past , and still promote Silversands Casino as ironically they pay us like clockwork each month , but eventually one has to call it a day .
We notified them that we had pulled them off our sites and we didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.

They are quite a pain in the arse, eh...?
You made a good decision when finally removing these c****s from your site, topboss. You should however have done so already looooong ago.

After many unsuccessful attempts in order to get paid my winnings, I have provided this Casino with a South African bank account and they have denied to process it again.
Needless to say, they have NO interest to pay legit winners and affiliates!

I think this Casino needs to get -seriously- harmed and damaged first before it decides to pay off and they shall get what they earn!
