Default Jampoker close my account and no pay without reason

i open an account on jampoker.com Dec. 30,2008.
then i deposit 2 times with click2pay with one month, and deposit one time with Neteller.com(1-pay), total up to $290. i played one month and earned over 5000 points.
i withdraw on Jan. 23,2009 but they closed my account.
later i contact them several times and request the details reason, they say my click2pay fraud but can't give more details why pending my account.
In fact my click2pay account is valid and consistent with my 1-pay account.
so i think jampoker deliberate to cheat customer's money.
    somebody can help me?
    thank you

    Hi ong913,

Let me reassure you that JamPoker would never cheat any of it's players; that's a terrible thing to say .

Being part of the Merge Gaming Network, we are bound by strict fraud policies that are inline with the demands of our payment processors. I'm sure you, all other players and affiliates will appreciate that we take such a strong stance on fraud and privacy in order to protect our players/affiliates and the gaming community.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties and will escalate this issue.

I'm sure you will appreciated that as part of your privacy policy, we cannot discuss your account and possible fraudulent details in a forum so please contact me direct (laurentio@cashrake.com) with your details so that we can resolve this matter for you with urgency.

Also if anyone else experiences such inconveniences, please do not hesitate to also contact me direct so that I may expedite the matter on your behalf.

    Best regards,
    Laurentio

    Hi ong913,

I too wish to bring resolution to this issue ASAP so I have prioritized this as a matter of urgency and will contact you via email once I have further details.

Please be patient as I have escalated this matter onto our fraud department who is further investigating and following up with all the relevant communications (such as click2pay fraud department correspondence).

I do apologies in advance for the inconvenience but this is a serious matter and we have to follow the correct procedures for the protection of all players etc, which can unfortunately be lengthy at times.

    Talk soon,
    Laurentio

i am sorry i can't express my gratitude better for my poor english.

Thanks for letting us know you have been paid. It is always great to see the good stories. So many times all we see is the bad side.
