John Terry is in the news again and this time it appears a tobacco company has used his image without consent.

Don't people know that they can get sued for anything these days??

Thats true, Ive seen billboards here in Costa Rica with some crappy brand with Jennifer Lopez' face or Britney Spears... I think I even saw Wesley Snipes' face on a hair gel product.
