I had a deal with ladbrokes with a flat rate before the new program. What is going to happen with that. I tried to e-mail but get no response.
If I go to the new system and swap links I will have to agree upon the new conditions and my old dela is off?

What should I do?

Do not agree upon any terms until you received at least a reply. Probably the best thing you can do at this point is to warn others about the situation and hope that Score will eventually clean up this mess.

By the way, the old affiliate interface has been taken offline today.

I got an email from Ladbrokes wondering why I didnt sign in to the new account. But no answer yet on my latest request....

Somebody has an experience of advancement LADBROKES in Russia? How much it is perspective?
Whether also there is at whom an information about promo-materials? Why so it is not enough of them? In Russian, for example, isn't present in general.

February is almost over. Did anything improve for anyone since the launch of Score?

Commissions for February have now been reduced to 25% if no new players were referred. This is a retroactive change of terms for affiliates who signed up prior the launch of Score. Of course it would be pointless to refer any more players to a company that does not honor agreements.

Score & Ladbrokes, this is more than just disappointing.

Ladbrokes Affiliates have never answered emails, going back many years. They always make excuses when they are caught out like 'the email system is broken but now we have sorted the problem out' or 'we never received it', but the fact is they are a disgrace when it comes to communication. It is just bad management and a kind of institutional contempt for affiliates. The only way I have ever got an answer from them is to telephone them. Ring the main Harrow head office telephone number and ask for the affiliate department (or preferably your AM by name if you happen to know it). The number is on this page:

I am more than happy to elucidate for you . Because i built up a big bingo player database over the last few years and they treat me well. I am sure most affiliates will have their opinion as everyone is entitled to - my opinion is i would rather work with Ladbrokes than not as over the years they have been an honest bunch.

I agree. Ladbrokes has always been an outstanding company with excellent gaming and affiliate services for me as well. That is what makes it so disappointing that they are dishonoring their own terms all of a sudden.

You must have been promoting a different Ladbrokes to me. I promoted the one that never answered an email and rewarded single channel only. Both for many years. Certainly one of the worst run programs I have ever promoted and it appears from this thread it still is. I do promote them, but I would not pretend they are anything but hopeless. However payments have been like clockwork for the last few years (touch wood) and that does count for a lot. At least now they have some reliable software and have gone cross-sell but not ideal for anyone who can't guarantee one depositing player a month.

They are not ideal for any affiliate if they do not honor agreements and confiscate earned commission at their own will. Their actions are entirely dishonest.

However, I honestly never had this impression until some time last year, after some people left the company.

The only way is to ring the harrow head office & ask for the affiliate dept (costs max 1.4p per min on skype even if you live on mars):

But I would hurry as when Ladbrokes get wind of this new fangled method of communication they are bound to rip the phone lines out of the wall.
